(a) The sale of children by offering, delivering or accepting, by whatever means, a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation of the child, transfer of organs of the child for profit and engagement of the child in forced labour;
(أ) بيع الأطفال من خلال عرض طفل أو تسليمه أو قبوله، بأي وسيلة كانت، لغرض استغلال الطفل جنسياً ونقل أعضائه توخياً للربح وإشراك الطفل في السخرة؛

(a) The sale of children by offering, delivering or accepting, by whatever means, a child for the purpose of transfer of organs of the child for profit and engagement of the child in forced labour; and

Although there are no laws on this subject, the draft amendments to the Code of Offences and Penalties which have been approved by the Cabinet and submitted to the House of Representatives for consideration and adoption do contain provisions designed to prevent the transfer of organs for profit (see paragraph 21 above).

(b) To thoroughly review the draft modern slavery bill to ensure that it includes all the types of crime defined in articles 2 and 3 of the Optional Protocol, such as forced labour, transfer of organs of a child for profit, adoption of a child for profit and the sale of children, and addresses the particular vulnerabilities and needs of child victims.
