(c) Governments are urged to work in collaboration with indigenous peoples and community and family forest associations to strengthen tenure rights.

(b) Governments are urged to strengthen their support for international protection and assistance activities on behalf of refugees and, as appropriate, displaced persons, and to promote the search for durable solutions to their plight.

)أ( تُحث الحكومات على التعاون في الحد من أسباب هجرة من لا يحملون وثائق، وضمان حقوق اﻹنسان اﻷساسية للمهاجرين الذين لا يحملون وثائق ومنع استغلالهم واتاحة السبل المناسبة لتقديم الالتماسات وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية، ومعاقبة المجرمين الذين ينظمون الاتجار ببشر؛

(c) Governments are urged to cooperate to reduce the effects of undocumented migration on receiving countries, bearing in mind the special circumstances and needs of such countries, in particular developing countries;
)ج( تُحث الحكومات على تقليل آثار هجرة من لا يحملون وثائق على البلدان المستقبلة مع مراعاة الظروف والاحتياجات الخاصة لهذه البلدان، وبصفة خاصة البلدان النامية؛

(d) Governments are urged to promote effective measures to protect all undocumented migrants and members of their families against racism, ethnocentrism and xenophobia.
)د( تُحث الحكومات على أن تعزز اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لحماية جميع المهاجرين الذين لا يحملون وثائق وأفراد أسرهم ضد العنصرية والتفوق العرقي وكراهية اﻷجانب.

Governments are urged to address the root causes of movements of refugees and displaced persons by taking appropriate measures, particularly with respect to conflict resolution; the promotion of peace and reconciliation; respect for human rights, including those of persons belonging to minorities; respect for independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of States.
٠١-٢٣ تُحث الحكومات على معالجة اﻷسباب الجذرية لتحركات اللاجئين واﻷشخاص المشردين باتخاذ تدابير ملائمة، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بفض الصراعات؛ وتعزيز السلم والتوفيق؛ واحترام حقوق اﻹنسان، بما فيها حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى اﻷقليات، واحترام استقلال الدول وسلامتها اﻹقليمية وسيادتها.

9.11. In order to improve the plight of the urban poor, many of whom work in the informal sector of the economy, Governments are urged to improve the income-earning capability of workers in the informal sector by facilitating their access to credit, vocational training, a place to ply their trade, transportation and health services.

20. Governments are urged to take strategic land management approaches aimed at creating conditions in which the development of human settlements can benefit disadvantaged groups, especially poor people living in rural and urban areas.
20 - تُحث الحكومات على اعتماد نُهوُج استراتيجية لإدارة الأراضي تهدف إلى إيجاد الظروف التي يعود فيها تطوير المستوطنات البشرية بالنفع على الجماعات المحرومة، ولا سيما الفقراء الذين يعيشون في الأرياف والمدن.

Against this backdrop, Governments are urged to fully operationalize and capitalize the Green Climate Fund and to support the effective implementation of the Technology Mechanism.
وفي ضوء هذه الخلفية، تُحث الحكومات على تفعيل " صندوق المناخ الأخضر " بصورة تامة وتزويده برؤوس الأموال، وعلى دعم التنفيذ الفعلي " لآلية التكنولوجيا " .

Governments are urged to examine their existing legal infrastructure to see if paper-based form requirements prevent laws from being applied to electronic transactions and to determine whether such form requirements should be adjusted to make their laws technology-neutral and permit their interpretation and application in an electronic environment.
4- تُحث الحكومات على بحث هياكلها القانونية الأساسية القائمة لكي تحدد ما إذا كانت متطلبات النماذج القائمة المرتكزة على الورق تحول دون تطبيق القوانين على المعاملات الإلكترونية، ولكي تبت فيما إذا كان ينبغي تعديل هذه المتطلبات الخاصة بالنماذج بغية جعل قوانينها محايدة من حيث التكنولوجيا وبما يسمح بتفسيرها وتطبيقها في بيئة إلكترونية.
