Since the establishment of the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences nearly 30 years ago, many international activities have served to provide security personnel with up-to-date knowledge and experience.

The Branch also participated in activities of the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, including a regional training workshop focused on controlling and protecting the movement of persons and commodities from terrorist attacks, held in Riyadh from 6 to 8 June.

20- وشملت منشورات المجلس في عام 2006 وقائع المؤتمر الدولي الذي عقده المجلس في عام 2005 بعنوان " التعقيدات والصعوبات التي تعترض قياس حجم الاتجار بالبشر " ؛ ورسالة المجلس الإخبارية التي تصدر أربع مرات في السنة بتعاون مع جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية.

The workshop was organized by UNODC in partnership with the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, with logistical support from the Ministry of the Interior of Bahrain and with participants from eight States (Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen).

Since its establishment nearly 30 years ago, the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences has undertaken many activities, including academic conferences; seminars and symposiums; training programmes; exhibitions; the publishing and distribution of books, theses, journals and articles; official visits; and memorandums of understanding and cooperation.
