1- يعد المجلس التنفيذي سجلا لآلية التنمية النظيفة ويحتفظ به لضمان دقة حساب إصدار واقتناء ونقل واحتياز وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة من جانب الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول. ويعين المجلس التنفيذي مديرا إداريا للسجل يحتفظ بالسجل تحت سلطته.

The CDM registry shall be in the form of a standardized electronic database which contains, inter alia, common data elements relevant to the issuance of CERs[ and the holding, transfer and acquisition of CERs by Parties not included in Annex I].
27- يتخذ سجل آلية التنمية النظيفة شكل قاعدة بيانات إلكترونية قياسية تحتوي، بين أمور أخرى، على عناصر البيانات المشتركة ذات الصلة بإصدار تخفيضات الانبعاثات المعتمدة [وامتلاك ونقل واحتياز تخفيضات الانبعاثات المعتمدة من جانب الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول].
