1. A person shall not be criminally responsible under this Statute unless the conduct in question constitutes, at the time it takes place, a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court.
1 - لا يُسأل الشخص جنائيا بموجب هذا النظام الأساسي ما لم يشكل السلوك المعني، وقت وقوعه، جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة.

2. A person who commits a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court shall be individually responsible and liable for punishment in accordance with this Statute.

(i) Be made with the aim of furthering the criminal activity or criminal purpose of the group, where such activity or purpose involves the commission of a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court; or

(a) Acts which constitute a main offence within the scope of one of the Conventions listed in the Annex;

3. The term " victim " shall apply to natural persons who suffer as a result of the perpetration of any crime falling within the scope of the competence of the Commission; the term " victim " shall also cover legal persons whose possessions have suffered direct harm or who have been prevented directly or indirectly from exercising their functions.
3 - ينطبق وصف " الضحايا " على الأشخاص الطبيعيين المتضررين بفعل ارتكاب أي جريمة تدخل في نطاق اختصاص اللجنة، كما يشمل لفظ " الضحايا " الأشخاص المعنوية التي تعرضت لضرر مباشر في أي من ممتلكاتها أو منعت بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر من ممارسة مهامها.

As stated in article 30, unless otherwise provided, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court only if the material elements are committed with intent and knowledge.
وكما هو مبين في المادة 30، ما لم ينص على غير ذلك، لا يسأل الشخص جنائيا عن ارتكاب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة ولا يكون عرضة للعقاب على هذه الجريمة إلا إذا تحققت الأركان المادية مع توافر القصد والعلم.

[a suspect has committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court]

(a) there is probable cause to believe that the suspect may have committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court; and
)أ( وجد سبب يرجح معه الاعتقاد بأن من الممكن أن يكون المشتبه فيه قد ارتكب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة؛

(ii) a statement of the reasons to believe the suspect may have committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court and that the Prosecutor expects to seek an indictment within [90] days;
' ٢` بيان باﻷسباب التي تحمل على الاعتقاد بأن المشتبه فيه يمكن أن يكون قد ارتكب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة وأن المدعي العام يتوقع أن يطلب توجيه الاتهام في غضون ]٩٠[ يوما؛

3. In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:

1. Unless otherwise provided, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court only if the material elements are committed with intent and knowledge.
1 - ما لم ينص على غير ذلك، لا يُسأل الشخص جنائيا عن ارتكاب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة ولا يكون عرضة للعقاب على هذه الجريمة إلا إذا تحققت الأركان المادية مع توافر القصد والعلم.

2. A mistake of law as to whether a particular type of conduct is a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court shall not be a ground for excluding criminal responsibility.
2 - لا يشكل الغلط في القانون من حيث ما إذا كان نوع معين من أنواع السلوك يشكل جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة سببا لامتناع المسؤولية الجنائية.

(a) To be informed, prior to being questioned, that there are grounds to believe that he or she has committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;
(أ) أن يجري إبلاغه، قبل الشروع في استجوابه، بأن هناك أسبابا تدعو للاعتقاد بأنه ارتكب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة؛

(a) There are reasonable grounds to believe that the person has committed a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court; and
(أ) وجـود أسبـاب معقولـة للاعتقـاد بأن الشخص قد ارتكب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة؛ و

The use of weapons of mass destruction with indiscriminate effects on combatants and non-combatants, should also constitute a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court.
وينبغي لاستخدام اﻷسلحة ذات الدمار الشامل التي لها آثار عشوائية على المتحاربين وغير المتحاربين ينبغي أن تشكل جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة .

(a) Ordering, soliciting, inciting, instigating or attempting the commission of a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court that has not in fact occurred;
)أ( اﻷمر بارتكاب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة أو اقتراح ارتكابها أو الحث أو التحريض عليها أو محاولة ارتكابها، دون أن ترتكب؛

(b) Complicity, concealment, collaboration or contribution not necessary to the commission or attempted commission of a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;
)ب( التواطؤ أو التستر أو التعاون أو المساهمة بشكل غير لازم لارتكاب جريمة تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة أو محاولة ارتكابها؛

The French Government suggests that the court may exercise its jurisdiction over an individual with respect to a crime under its jurisdiction:
