16. Calls upon the authorities of the Republic of South Sudan to combat impunity and hold accountable all perpetrators of human rights and international humanitarian law violations, including those committed by illegal armed groups or elements of the Republic of South Sudan Security Forces;
16 - يهيب بسلطات جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تكافح الإفلات من العقاب وتحاسب جميع مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي ترتكبها الجماعات المسلحة غير المشروعة أو عناصر قوات أمن جمهورية جنوب السودان؛

13. Calls upon the authorities of the Republic of South Sudan to combat impunity and to hold accountable all perpetrators of human rights and international humanitarian law violations, including those committed by illegal armed groups or elements of the Republic of South Sudan Security Forces;
13 - يهيب بسلطات جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تكافح الإفلات من العقاب وتحاسب جميع مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي ترتكبها الجماعات المسلحة غير المشروعة أو أفراد قوات أمن جمهورية جنوب السودان؛

14. Calls upon the Government of the Republic of South Sudan to end prolonged, arbitrary detention and to establish a safe, secure and humane prison system through the provision of advice and technical assistance, in cooperation with international partners, and requests the Mission to advise and assist the Government in this regard;
14 - يهيب بحكومة جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تضع حدا للاحتجاز المطول والتعسفي وأن تنشئ نظام سجون يكفل الأمان والأمن والظروف الإنسانية، عن طريق تقديم المشورة والمساعدة التقنية، بالتعاون مع الشركاء الدوليين، ويطلب إلى البعثة أن تقدم المشورة والمساعدة للحكومة في هذا الصدد؛

5. Requests the Government of Sudan and the Government of the Republic of South Sudan to propose by 20 July modalities for implementation of the 29 June agreement on border monitoring, and in case the parties fail to do so, requests UNMISS to observe and report on any flow of personnel, arms, and related materiel across the border with Sudan;
5 - يطلب إلى كل من حكومة السودان وحكومة جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تقترحا، بحلول 20 تموز/يوليه، طرائق لتنفيذ اتفاق 29 حزيران/يونيه بشأن رصد الحدود، وإذا تعذر على الطرفين القيام بذلك، يطلب إلى البعثة أن تراقب وتبلغ عن أي تدفق عبر الحدود مع السودان للأفراد والأسلحة والأعتدة المتعلقة بها؛

22. Calls upon the authorities of the Republic of South Sudan to combat impunity and hold accountable all perpetrators of human rights and international humanitarian law violations, including those committed by illegal armed groups or elements of the Republic of South Sudan Security Forces, and to ensure that all victims of sexual violence, particularly women and girls, have equal protection under the law and equal access to justice;
22 - يهيب بسلطات جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تكافح الإفلات من العقاب وتحاسب جميع مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي ترتكبها جماعات مسلحة غير مشروعة أو عناصر من قوات الأمن التابعة لجمهورية جنوب السودان، وأن تضمن لجميع ضحايا العنف الجنسي، وخاصة النساء والفتيات، التمتع بالحماية التي يكفلها القانون وبإمكانية اللجوء إلى القضاء على قدم المساواة مع غيرهم؛

11. Encourages the Government of the Republic of South Sudan to ratify into law and implement key international human rights treaties and conventions, including those related to women and children, refugees, and statelessness, and requests UNMISS to advise and assist the Government of the Republic of South Sudan in this regard;
11 - يشجع حكومة جمهورية جنوب السودان على التصديق على المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية الرئيسية لحقوق الإنسان ووضعها موضع التنفيذ، بما في ذلك الصكوك المتعلقة بالنساء والأطفال واللاجئين وعديمي الجنسية، ويطلب إلى بعثة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية جنوب السودان أن تقدم المشورة والمساعدة لحكومة جمهورية جنوب السودان في هذا الصدد؛
