Furthermore, the Assembly emphasized the urgent need for all parties and factions in Liberia to respect fully the security and safety of all personnel of the United Nations, its specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations and ECOMOG by ensuring their complete freedom of movement throughout Liberia and to take all measures necessary to create an atmosphere conducive to the successful resolution of the conflict.
٣ - وباﻹضافة إلى ذلك، شددت الجمعية العامة على الحاجة الملحة ﻷن تحترم جميع اﻷطراف والفصائل في ليبريا احتراما كاملا أمن وسلامة جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية وفريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا، بتأمين حرية الحركة التامة لهم في كافة أنحاء ليبريا واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لتهيئة مناخ يفضي إلى النجاح في حل الصراع.

For unity of effort and efficiency, all United Nations and African Union personnel deployed to the operation will be administered in accordance with United Nations rules, regulations, policies, directives and administrative instructions, as well as standard operating procedures, including, but not limited to, those relating to performance, conduct and discipline.
