(e) States parties should translate appropriate information on violence against children into its national and local languages, and ensure that it is disseminated to all relevant professional groups, to children and to the general public.
(ه) ينبغي قيام الدول الأطراف بترجمة المعلومات المناسبة عن العنف ضد الأطفال إلى لغاتها الوطنية والمحلية، وضمان توزيع هذه المعلومات على جميع الفئات المهنية المعنية وعلى الأطفال وعلى الجمهور العام.

(e) States parties should translate appropriate information on violence against children into its national and local languages, and ensure that it is disseminated to all relevant professional groups, to children and to the general public.
(ه) ينبغي قيام الدول الأطراف بترجمة المعلومات المناسبة عن العنف ضد الأطفال إلى لغاتها الوطنية والمحلية، وضمان توزيع هذه المعلومات على جميع الفئات المهنية المعنية وعلى الأطفال وعلى عامة الجمهور.

6. While noting that dissemination and awareness-raising campaigns are principally carried out by non-governmental organizations and national human rights institutions, the Committee is concerned that the State party is not making sufficient efforts to disseminate the Optional Protocol among all relevant professional groups.
6- فيما تلاحظ اللجنة أن حملات النشر والتوعية تقوم بها من حيث المبدأ منظمات غير حكومية و مؤسسات وطنية معنية بحقوق الإنسان، يساورها القلق لأن الدولة الطرف لا تبذل جهوداً كافية لنشر البروتوكول الاختياري في صفوف جميع الفئات المهنية المعنية.

It also recommends that the State develop systematic education and training programmes on the provisions of the Optional Protocol on the involvement of children in armed conflict for all relevant professional groups working with and for children and in particular among military officials involved in recruitment, judges, prosecutors, immigration officials, social workers and the media.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضع برامج منهجية للتثقيف بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلق بإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة والتدريب على هذه الأحكام لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية المعنية العاملة مع الأطفال ولصالحهم، وبخاصة المسؤولون العسكريون الذين يشاركون في التجنيد والقضاة والنواب العامون وموظفو دائرة الهجرة والمرشدون الاجتماعيون ووسائط الإعلام.

36. The Committee recommends that the State party develop systematic awarenessraising, education and training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all relevant professional groups working with asylum-seeking, refugee and migrant children from countries affected by armed conflict, for example, teachers, medical professionals, lawyers, judges and military personnel.
36- توصي اللجنة بأن تعمد الدولة الطرف بانتظام إلى التوعية والتثقيف والتدريب بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري لفائدة جميع الفئات المهنية المعنية التي تعمل مع اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء والمهاجرين من الأطفال من البلدان المتضررة من النـزاعات المسلحة، مثل المعلمين والمهنيين الطبيين والمحامين والقضاة وأفراد القوات العسكرية.

(b) Develop systematic education and training programmes on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all relevant professional groups working with and for children and in particular among military officials involved in recruitment, judges, prosecutors, immigration officials, the Parliamentary Military Commissioners and social workers.
