28. The Committee recommends that the State party provide systematic training on the early identification of children who may have been involved in conflict or affected by it to all professionals working with or for children, particularly border control and immigration personnel, the military, education professionals and medical professionals.

24. The Committee is concerned that all professionals working with or for children, including government staff, law enforcement officials, health professionals, and social workers, do not receive adequate and systematic training on children's rights.
24- يساور اللجنة القلق إزاء عدم تلقي جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، بمن فيهم الموظفون الحكوميون والموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القوانين والعاملون في القطاع الصحي والمرشدون الاجتماعيون، تدريباً مناسباً ومنتظماً على حقوق الطفل.

15. The Committee recommends that, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, the State party take all measures necessary to make its provisions widely known among the public, particularly among all professionals working with or for children, including through appropriate media, educational and professional training campaigns.

17. The Committee recommends that, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, the State party take all measures necessary to make its provisions widely known among the public, particularly among all professionals working with or for children, including through appropriate media, educational and professional training campaigns.

22. While noting with appreciation the information on the training provided to certain categories of professionals working with and for children, the Committee is however concerned that such training remain insufficient and do not cover all professionals working with and for children and law enforcement authorities for whom awareness of the Convention remains limited.

47. The Committee recommends that the State party adopt appropriate measures to combat torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, including the development of systematic training programmes addressed to all professionals working with and for children, especially the police force, on prevention of and protection against torture and other forms of ill-treatment.

(b) Strengthen social services providing family counselling and parent education, and train all professionals working with children, including judges and social workers, and ensure continuous and gender sensitive training;

38. The Committee recommends that the State party adopt appropriate measures to combat torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, including systematic training programmes at the national and local level, addressed to all professionals working with and for children on prevention of and protection against torture and other forms of ill-treatment.
38- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باعتماد تدابير مناسبة لمكافحة التعذيب والمعاملة القاسية واللاإنسانية والمهينة، بما في ذلك برامج تدريب منهجية على الصعيدين الوطني والمحلي، موجهة إلى جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال أو لأجلهم، بشأن منع التعذيب وغيره من أشكال سوء المعاملة والحماية منهما.

Train all professionals working with and for children, including teachers, religious and community leaders and social workers, to identify child victims and to effectively report instances of abuse and neglect; and
(ج) تدريب جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، مثل المدرسين والزعماء المجتمعيين والدينيين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، للتعرّف على الأطفال الضحايا والتّبليغ الفعّال عن حالات إساءة المعاملة والإهمال؛

(b) Ensure the training of all professionals working with or for children, including law enforcement, medical, education professionals, to promptly identify, address and report all cases of violence against children;
(ب) ضمان تدريب جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ولفائدتهم، بمن في ذلك المكلّفون بإنفاذ القانون والعاملون في قطاعي الصحة والتعليم، بغية الإسراع في تحديد جميع حالات العنف ضد الأطفال والتصدي لها والإبلاغ عنها؛

Continue to undertake training programmes on relevant international standards and widely disseminate the provisions of the JJWA to the general public and in particular to all professionals working with the juvenile justice system, including police officers, so as to enhance understanding, awareness and knowledge of the JJWA;
(ط) مواصلة تنظيم برامج تدريبية بشأن المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة ونشر أحكام قانون قضاء ورعاية الأحداث على نطاق واسع على الجمهور ولا سيما جميع المهنيين العاملين مع نظام قضاء الأحداث، بمن فيهم ضباط الشرطة، بغية زيادة فهم أحكامه والتوعية به ومعرفته؛

(b) To undertake systematic training programmes at the national and local level, addressed to all professionals working with and for children (see paragraph 18 (b)), and the Mahalla Committees, on prevention of and protection against torture and other forms of ill-treatment;
(ب) تنفيذ برامج تدريبية منهجية على المستويين الوطني والمحلي موجهة نحو جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم (انظر الفقرة 633(ب)) واللجان المحلية، بشأن منع التعذيب وغيره من ضروب سوء المعاملة والحماية منه؛

(c) Carry out systematic training and awareness campaigns at the national and local level addressed to all professionals working with and for children (see paragraph 18 (b)), as well as the Mahalla Committees on prevention of ill-treatment and neglect of children within the family, in schools and in institutions;
(ج) تنظيم حملات منتظمة للتدريب والتوعية على المستويين الوطني والمحلي توجَّه نحو جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم (انظر الفقرة 633(ب))، فضلاً عن اللجان المحلية بشأن منع إساءة معاملة وإهمال الطفل داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس وفي المؤسسات؛

The Committee further recommends that the State party take the necessary measures to ensure that all professionals working for and with children are adequately and systematically trained on children's rights, in particular teachers, personnel involved in juvenile justice, health workers and personnel working in alternative care institutions.
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف التدابير اللازمة لضمان تلقي جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم تدريباً ملائماً ومنتظماً في مجال حقوق الطفل، وبخاصة الأساتذة والعاملون في مجال قضاء الأحداث والعاملون في مجال الصحة والعاملون في مؤسسات الرعاية البديلة.
