9. It is also important to underscore what should be self-evident, namely, that Israel has State responsibility for all violations of international humanitarian law in the territories under occupation, above all, for the settlements.
9- ومن المهم أيضاً تأكيد ما ينبغي أن يكون واضحاً بذاته، أي أن إسرائيل تتحمّل كدولة المسؤولية عن جميع انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي في الأراضي التي تخضع لاحتلالها ولا سيما عن المستوطنات.

As stressed by the General Assembly in its resolution 64/254, there is a " need to ensure accountability for all violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law in order to prevent impunity, ensure justice, deter further violations and promote peace " .
وكما أكدت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 64/254، هناك " حاجة لضمان المساءلة عن جميع انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان من أجل منع الإفلات من العقاب، وضمان إحقاق العدالة، وردع ارتكاب المزيد من الانتهاكات، وتعزيز السلم " .

Ensure a transparent and effective investigation into all violations of international humanitarian and human rights law by Russian forces and their proxies and hold perpetrators accountable;
3- ضمان إجراء تحقيقات تتسم بالشفافية والفعالية في جميع انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي وقانون حقوق الإنسان على أيدي القوات الروسية وعملائها ومساءلة مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات؛

In this regard, as stressed by the General Assembly in resolution 64/254, Palestine reaffirms the need to ensure accountability for all violations of international humanitarian and human rights law in order to prevent impunity, ensure justice, deter further violations and promote peace.
وفي هذا الصدد،، ووفقا لما شددت عليه الجمعية العامة في القرار 64/254، تؤكد فلسطين من جديد ضرورة كفالة المساءلة عن جميع انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان من أجل الحيلولة دون الإفلات من العقاب، وضمان إقرار العدالة، والردع عن ارتكاب انتهاكات أخرى، وتعزيز السلام.

21. The Commission condemns all breaches of international humanitarian law in Colombia and calls on all parties to the conflict to respect international humanitarian law, including the humanitarian principles of distinction, limitation, proportionality and immunity of the civilian population.
21- وتدين اللجنة جميع انتهاكات القانون الإنساني الدولي في كولومبيا، وتدعو جميع الأطراف في الصراع إلى احترام القانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك المبادئ الإنسانية المتعلقة بالتمييز والتحديد والتناسب والحصانة فيما يخص السكان المدنيين.
