15. In concluding, I wish to urge all parties in South Africa to cooperate in the full and timely implementation of the transitional arrangement in order to ensure the early establishment of a non-racial, democratic society in South Africa.
١٥ - وختاما، أود أن أحث جميع اﻷحزاب في جنوب افريقيا على التعاون في تنفيذ الترتيبات الانتقالية تنفيذا كاملا وفي حينه بغية كفالة إقامة مجتمع غير عنصري وديمقراطي في جنوب افريقيا.

3. Calls upon all parties in South Africa to take measures to end the violence and intimidation and thus contribute to the conduct of free and fair elections, and expects that anyone who seeks to disrupt the elections will be held accountable for such actions;
٣ - يطلب الى جميع اﻷحزاب في جنوب افريقيا أن تتخذ تدابير ﻹنهاء العنف والترويع، وبذلك تسهم في اجراء انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، ويتوقع أن يحاسب كل من يسعى إلى اﻹخلال بالانتخابات عن هذه اﻷعمال؛

(k) Call, once more, upon the signatories to the National Peace Accord to recommit themselves to the process of peaceful change by fully and effectively implementing its provisions and by cooperating with each other to that end, and upon all parties in South Africa to refrain from acts of violence;
