The Special Committee on the Situation with regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples will continue to examine the application of the Declaration and to seek suitable means for its immediate and full implementation in all Territories that have not yet exercised their rights in accordance with the Charter and relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.

" 11. Requests the Special Committee to continue to seek suitable means for the immediate and full implementation of the Declaration and to carry out those actions approved by the General Assembly regarding the International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism in all Territories that have not yet exercised their right to self-determination, including independence, and in particular:
" ١١ - تطلب إلى اللجنة الخاصة مواصلة التماس الوسائل المناسبة لتنفيذ اﻹعلان تنفيذا فوريا وتاما والقيام باﻷعمال التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة فيما يتعلق بالعقد الدولي للقضاء على الاستعمار في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تمارس بعد حقها في تقرير المصير، بما في ذلك حقها في الاستقلال، مع القيام بصفة خاصة بما يلي:

It invited the Committee " to continue to seek the most suitable ways and means for the speedy and total application of the Declaration to all Territories which have not yet attained independence " .
ودعت الجمعية العامة اللجنة " إلى مواصلة التماس أنسب الطرق والوسائل لتطبيق اﻹعلان تطبيقا سريعا وتاما على جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تنل بعد استقلالها " .

" 11. The Special Committee on the Situation with regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples will continue to examine the application of the Declaration and to seek suitable means for its immediate and full implementation in all Territories that have not yet exercised their rights in accordance with the Charter and relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.
وستواصل اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بحالة تنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة دراسة تطبيق اﻹعلان والتماس السبل المناسبة لتنفيذه الفوري والتام في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تمارس بعد حقوقها وفقا للميثاق وقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة.

By the terms of the draft resolution, the General Assembly would recall and reaffirm previous resolutions on decolonization, including resolution 43/47, which declared the decade that began in 1990 as the International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism in all Territories that have not yet exercised their right to self-determination, including independence.
وعملا بأحكام مشروع القرار، ستقوم الجمعية العامة باﻹشارة إلى القرارات السابقة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار وستعيد التأكيد عليها، بما في ذلك القرار ٤٣/٤٧ الذي أعلن العقد الذي بدأ عام ١٩٩٠ العقد الدولي للقضاء على الاستعمار في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تمارس بعد حقها في تقرير المصير، بما فيه الاستقلال.

The phrase used in the previous year’s report to the effect that the Committee would “pursue its efforts in seeking the best ways and means for the implementation of the Declaration in all Territories that have not yet exercised their right to self-determination” had disappeared.

" ١٠ - تطلب إلى اللجنة الخاصة مواصلة التماس الوسائل المناسبة لتنفيذ اﻹعلان تنفيذا فوريا وتاما والقيام باﻷعمال التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة فيما يتعلق بالعقد الدولي للقضاء على الاستعمار في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تمارس بعد حقها في تقرير المصير والاستقلال، مع القيام بصفة خاصة بما يلي:

99. In accordance with the mandate entrusted to it in the relevant General Assembly resolutions, and subject to any further directives which it may receive from the Assembly during its forty-ninth session, the Special Committee intends during the 1995 to pursue its efforts in seeking the best ways and means for the implementation of the Declaration in all Territories that have not yet attained independence.
٩٩ - تعتزم اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل خلال عام ١٩٩٥ جهودها لتحري أفضل الطرق والوسائل لتنفيذ اﻹعلان في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تنل استقلالها بعد، وذلك وفقا للولاية المنوطة بها في قرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، ورهنا بأية توجيهات أخرى قد تتلقاها من الجمعية العامة أثناء دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين.

95. In accordance with the mandate entrusted to it in the relevant General Assembly resolutions, and subject to any further directives that it may receive from the Assembly during its fiftieth session, the Special Committee intends during 1996 to pursue its efforts in seeking the best ways and means for the implementation of the Declaration in all Territories that have not yet attained independence.
٩٥ - تعتزم اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل خلال عام ١٩٩٦ جهودها لتحري أفضل الطرق والوسائل لتنفيذ اﻹعلان في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تنل استقلالها بعد، وذلك وفقا للولاية المنوطة بها في قرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، ورهنا بأية توجيهات أخرى قد تتلقاها من الجمعية العامة أثناء دورتها الخمسين.

92. In accordance with the mandate entrusted to it in the relevant General Assembly resolutions, and subject to any further directives which it may receive from the Assembly during its fifty-first session, the Special Committee intends during 1997 to pursue its efforts in seeking the best ways and means for the implementation of the Declaration in all Territories that have not yet attained independence.
٩٢ - تعتزم اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل خلال عام ١٩٩٧ جهودها لتحري أفضل الطرق والوسائل لتنفيذ اﻹعلان في جميع اﻷقاليم التي لم تنل استقلالها بعد، وذلك وفقا للولاية المنوطة بها في قرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، ورهنا بأية توجيهات أخرى قد تتلقاها من الجمعية العامة أثناء دورتها الحادية والخمسين.
