103. Encourages that the United Nations development system be invited to participate, ex officio, in current and new aid modalities and coordination mechanisms, at the request of the programme country, and invites the United Nations development system to enhance its participation in this regard;

4. Invites the United Nations development system to support as appropriate middle-income countries and to improve its coordination and exchange of experiences with other international organizations, international financial institutions and regional organizations in this field;
4 - تدعو جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى أن يدعم، عند الاقتضاء، البلدان المتوسطة الدخل وأن يحسن تنسيقه وتبادله للخبرات مع سائر المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية والمنظمات الإقليمية في هذا الميدان؛

32. Calls upon the organizations of the United Nations development system to support the strengthening of the capacity of Governments to establish databanks and carry out poverty assessments at the country level;
32 - تدعو منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى دعم تعزيز قدرة الحكومات على إنشاء مصارف بيانات وإجراء تقييمات للفقر على الصعيد القطري؛

17. Requests all organizations of the United Nations development system to develop further and implement monitoring and evaluation methodologies and mechanisms related to capacity-building outcomes;
17 - يدعو جميع منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى زيادة وضع وتطبيق منهجيات ووسائل للرصد والتقييم تتعلق بنتائج بناء القدرات؛

3. Reiterates the call of the General Assembly for the governing bodies of the funds, programmes and specialized agencies of the United Nations development system to take appropriate actions for the full implementation of resolution 62/208;
3 - يكرر دعوة الجمعية العامة مجالس إدارات الصناديق والبرامج والوكالات المتخصصة التي يضمها جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى أن تتخذ الإجراءات الملائمة لتنفيذ القرار 62/208 تنفيذا تاما؛

31. Calls upon the organizations of the United Nations development system to continue their efforts to achieve gender balance within the United Nations system at all levels, both in headquarters and at field duty stations;
31 - يدعو الوكالات التي يضمها جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى مواصلة بذل الجهود لتحقيق التوازن بين الجنسين على جميع المستويات داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة في المقر وفي مراكز العمل الميداني على السواء؛

Recalling also General Assembly resolution 59/250 of 22 December 2004, in which the Assembly called upon the United Nations development system to avail itself of the technical experience of the United Nations Development Fund for Women on gender issues,
وإذ يشير أيضا إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 59/250 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، الذي تدعو فيه الجمعية جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى الاستفادة من الخبرة التقنية لدى صندوق الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي للمرأة فيما يتعلق بالمسائل الجنسانية،

(d) Invite intergovernmental bodies of individual organizations of the United Nations development system to address systematically the funding of their operational activities;
(د) تدعو الهيئات الحكومية الدولية وفرادى المؤسسات في جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى أن تعالج بصورة منهجية تمويل أنشطتها التنفيذية؛

3. Invites the United Nations development system to improve the way in which capacity development results and their sustainability are assessed in the United Nations Development Assistance Framework, with realistic measurable indicators;
3 - يدعو جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى تحسين سبل تقييم النتائج فيما يتعلق بتنمية القدرات واستدامتها، في إطار عمل الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية، عن طريق تطبيق مؤشرات واقعية قابلة للقياس؛

6. Invites the United Nations development system to assess the extent to which national expertise, systems and capacity are used in operational activities for development, with a view to strengthening them and supporting them in reaching the highest quality standards;
6 - يدعو جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى تقييم مدى الاستفادة من الخبرة والأنظمة والقدرات الوطنية في الأنشطة التنفيذية من أجل التنمية بهدف تعزيزها ودعمها لكي تصل إلى أعلى مستويات الجودة؛

27. In its resolution 59/250, the General Assembly invited organizations of the United Nations development system to consider ways to strengthen their country-level capacities, including through complementary measures at their headquarters.
27 - دعت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/250 منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى النظر في الوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز قدراتها على الصعيد القطري باتباع جملة مسائل، منها اتخاذ تدابير تكميلية في مقارها.
