(a) Continue its efforts to create a database that takes into account all aspects of the Convention and includes detailed data on the situation of migrant workers in Colombia, migrants in transit and emigrants;
(أ) مواصلة جهودها من أجل إنشاء قاعدة بيانات تأخذ في الاعتبار جميع جوانب الاتفاقية وتتضمن بيانات مفصلة عن حالة العمال المهاجرين في كولومبيا والمهاجرين العابرين منها والمهاجرين إلى الخارج؛

(20) The Committee recalls that reliable, quality information is indispensable to understand the situation of migrant workers in the State party, to assess the implementation of the Convention and to develop adequate policies and programmes.
(20) تشير اللجنة إلى أن المعلومات الموثوقة وذات الجودة أمر لا غنى عنه لفهم حالة العمال المهاجرين في الدولة الطرف ولتقييم تنفيذ الاتفاقية ولوضع سياسات وبرامج ملائمة.

(13) The Committee strongly encourages the State party to improve its collection of data on migration, which should be appropriately disaggregated (including by sex, age and origin), with a view to assessing and monitoring the situation of migrant workers in Algeria, including those who are in an irregular situation, and the implementation the rights set out in the Convention.
(13) تشجع اللجنة بقوة الدولة الطرف على تحسين جمع البيانات بشأن المهاجرين، على أن تكون البيانات مصنَّفة تصنيفاً مناسباً، (بما في ذلك بحسب الجنس والسن والأصل)، بغية تقييم ورصد حالة العمال المهاجرين في الجزائر، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين هم في وضع غير نظامي، وإعمال الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.
