64. The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights has stressed that discrimination on the grounds of property status or place of residence is prohibited under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
64- وشددت اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية على أن التمييز على أساس حالة الملكية أو مكان الإقامة ممنوع بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

41. According to Article 6(1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Education " , the Republic of Armenia ensures the right to education irrespective of national origin, race, gender, religion, political or other views, social origin, property status or other factors.
41- بموجب المادة 6(1) من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " حول التعليم " ، تكفل جمهورية أرمينيا الحق في التعليم بغض النظر عن الأصل القومي أو العنصر أو الجنس أو الدين أو الآراء السياسية أو غيرها أو الأصل الاجتماعي أو حالة الملكية أو غير ذلك من عوامل.
