Article 1 of the Act provides that foreign legislation which seeks to have extraterritorial legal effects, through the imposition of an economic embargo or limits on investment in a given country, in order to elicit a change in the form of government of a country or to affect its right to self-determination shall also be wholly inapplicable and devoid of legal effects.
2 - وتنص المادة 1 من هذا القانون على أن التشريع الأجنبي الذي يسعى إلى إحداث آثار قانونية تتجاوز حدود القطر، عن طريق فرض حصار اقتصادي أو قيود على الاستثمار في بلد معين، بغرض إحداث تغيير في شكل حكومة البلد، أو المساس بحقها في تقرير المصير، لا ينطبق كذلك بتاتا ولا تترتب عليه أي آثار قانونية.

Its first article states that foreign laws are not valid when they claim to have extraterritorial effect by means of an economic embargo or restriction of investments in a specific country designed to lead to a change of Government in that country or to affect its right to self-determination.
والمادة الأولى من القانون تنص على أن القوانين الأجنبية لا تنطبق عندما تتجاوز آثارها الحدود الوطنية بواسطة حصار اقتصادي أو تقييد للاستثمارات في بلد محدد بهدف العمل على تغيير الحكومة في ذلك البلد، أو الانتقاص من حقه في تقرير المصير.

Article 1 of the Act provides that foreign laws that seek to produce extraterritorial juridical effects, through the imposition of an economic blockade or the limitation of investments in a given country, in order to bring about a change of government in a country or affect its right of self-determination, shall also be absolutely inapplicable and have no juridical effects.

Furthermore, in accordance with article 1 of the aforesaid Act, foreign legislation which seeks to have extraterritorial legal effects through the imposition of an economic embargo or limits on investment in a given country in order to elicit a change in the form of government of a country or affect its right to self-determination shall also be utterly inapplicable and devoid of legal effect.
3- وبالمثل تبلغكم الحكومة بأنه طبقاً للمادة 1 من ذلك القانون، فإن القوانين الأجنبية التي تسعى إلى أن يكون لها آثار قانونية تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية عن طريق فرض حصار اقتصادي أو تقييد الاستثمارات في بلد معين، بغية إحداث تغيير في شكل الحكم في بلد ما، أو من أجل التأثير على حقه في تقرير مصيره بحرية، هي قوانين لا يكون لها أي تطبيق كان ولا تترتب عليها آثار قانونية.

Article 1 of the aforesaid Act stipulates that foreign legislation that seeks to have extraterritorial legal effects through the imposition of an economic embargo or limits on investment in a given country in order to elicit a change in the form of government of a country or affect its right to self-determination shall also be utterly inapplicable and devoid of legal effect.
2 - وتنص المادة 1 من القانون المذكور على أن القوانين الأجنبية التي تسعى إلى إحداث آثار قانونية خارج نطاق الحدود الإقليمية، عن طريق فرض حصار اقتصادي أو تقييد الاستثمارات في بلد معين، بهدف تغيير شكل الحكم في أحد البلدان أو التأثير على حقه في تقرير المصير، تكون أيضا غير قابلة للتطبيق بصفة مطلقة ولا تترتب عليها أي آثار قانونية.

3 - وتنص المادة 1 من القانون المذكور على أن القوانين الأجنبية التي تهدف إلى إحداث آثار قانونية خارج الحدود الإقليمية للدولة التي تصدرها، عن طريق فرض حصار اقتصادي أو الحد من الاستثمارات في بلد معين، بغرض إحداث تغيير في حكومته أو المس بحقه في تقرير المصير، تكون غير قابلة للتطبيق على الإطلاق ولا يكون لها أي أثر قانوني خارج الحدود الإقليمية للدولة التي تصدرها.

8. The Government also pointed out that according to article 1 of the above-mentioned Act, foreign legislation designed to produce extraterritorial legal effects through the imposition of an economic blockade or limits on investment in a given country, with a view to bringing about a change in the Government of the country or to undermine its right to self-determination, shall also be absolutely inapplicable and devoid of legal effect.
8- كذلك أبرزت الحكومة أن المادة 1 من القانون المذكور آنفاً تنص على أن التشريعات الأجنبية الرامية إلى إحداث آثار قانونية خارج الإقليم من خلال فرض حصار اقتصادي أو قيود على الاستثمار في بلد محدد، بغية إحداث تغيير في حكومة البلد أو تقويض حقه في تقرير مصيره، لا تنطبق ولا يكون لها تأثير قانوني على الإطلاق هي الأخرى.
