Non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use is exempted from the prohibitions set out in subsection 1 and subsection 2.

12 - يقرر كذلك ألا يسري حظر توريد الأسلحة إلى إريتريا على الإمدادات من المعدات العسكرية غير الفتاكة المخصصة حصرا للاستخدامات الإنسانية أو لأغراض الحماية، على النحو الذي توافق عليه اللجنة مقدما في كل حالة على حدة؛

12. Decides that the arms embargo on Eritrea shall not apply to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, as approved on case-by-case basis in advance by the Committee;

(ز) الإمدادات من المعدات العسكرية غير الفتاكة المخصصة حصرا للاستخدامات الإنسانية أو لأغراض الحماية والتي تقوم الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية أو الإقليمية أو دون الإقليمية الموردة بإخطار اللجنة بها قبل خمسة أيام للعلم فقط؛

(g) Supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, notified to the Committee five days in advance and for its information only, by the supplying State, international, regional or subregional organization;
(ز) الإمدادات من المعدات العسكرية غير الفتاكة المخصصة حصرا للاستخدامات الإنسانية أو الوقائية، والتي تخطر بها اللجنة قبل خمسة أيام وللعلم فحسب، من جانب الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية أو الإقليمية أو دون الإقليمية المورّدة؛

12. Decides also that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 1907 (2009) shall not apply to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, as approved in advance by the Committee;
12 - يقرر أيضا ألاّ تطبق التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرة 5 من القرار 1907 (2009) على إمدادات المعدات العسكرية غير الفتاكة المخصصة حصرا للاستخدامات الإنسانية أو لأغراض الحماية، على النحو الذي توافق عليه اللجنة مسبقا؛

(f) Decides that the measures imposed by subparagraphs (a) and (b) above shall not apply to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, and related technical assistance or training, as approved in advance by the Committee;
(و) يقرر عدم تطبيق التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرتين الفرعيتين (أ) و (ب) أعلاه بالنسبة لإمدادات المعدات العسكرية غير الفتاكة المخصصة حصرا للاستخدامات الإنسانية أو لأغراض الحماية، وما يتصل بذلك من المساعدة والتدريب التقنيين، على النحو الذي تقره اللجنة سلفا؛

The Council, by its resolution 2095 (2013), extended the mandates of UNSMIL and of the Panel of Experts for 12 and 13 months, respectively, and made adjustments to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use or security or disarmament assistance to the Government of Libya, and related technical assistance or training.
