15. Having rendered this opinion, the Working Group, on the basis of paragraph 17 (b) of its revised methods of work, decides to file the case.
15- واستناداً إلى الرأي الذي أبدي، يقرر الفريق العامل حفظ القضية عملاً بالفقرة ب من المادة 17 من أساليب عمله المعدلة.

25. Having rendered this Opinion, the Working Group, acting on the basis of paragraph 17 (b) of its revised methods of work, decides to file the case.

13. In the circumstances set out above, the Working Group resolves to file the case and urges the Government to take further steps to reform the Penal Code to make its provisions consistent with the principles set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
٣١- وفي ظل الظروف الواردة أعلاه، يقرر الفريق العامل حفظ القضية ويحث الحكومة على اتخاذ خطوات أخرى ﻹصلاح قانون العقوبات بغية جعل أحكامه تتمشى مع المبادئ المنصوص عليها في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان.

22. Having rendered this opinion, the Working Group, on the basis of paragraph 17 (b) of its revised methods of work, decides to file the case.
22- واستناداً إلى الرأي الذي أُبدي، يقرر الفريق العامل حفظ القضية عملاً بالفقرة (ب) من المادة 17 من أساليب عمله.

Taking in consideration that Mr. Korepanov has been released and in conformity with paragraph 17 (a) of its revised methods of work, the Working Group decides to file the case.
إذ يحيط الفريق العامل علماً بالإفراج عن السيد كوريبانوف، يقرر حفظ القضية عملاً بالفقرة 17(أ) من أساليب عمله المنقحة.

Therefore, in accordance with paragraph 10 (f) of the Working Group's methods of work, the Working Group decides to file the case.

9. As Mr. Elie Dib Ghaled has been released and the Working Group does not have any information on the possible detention of Ms. Muna Salih Muhammed, it could, in accordance with working methods, file the case without pronouncing itself on the arbitrary character of the detention of the released individual.
٩- ونظراً إلى أنه قد أُفرج عن السيد إيلي ديب غالب، وإلى أنه ليس لدى الفريق العامل أية معلومات عن إمكانية احتجاز السيدة منى صالح محمد، فبإمكان الفريق، وفقاً ﻷساليب عمله، حفظ القضية دون بيان رأيه بشأن الطابع التعسفي لاحتجاز الشخص الذي أُفرج عنه.

70. The inquiry which was carried out did not make it possible to substantiate the allegations of torture, and the findings of the inquiry, together with the Chief Prosecutor's decision to file the case with no further action taken, were brought to the attention of the complainants by means of the Chief Prosecutor's letter No. 674 of 2 May 1994.
