ويرجى الإشارة إلى كيفية قيام الدولة الطرف برفع مستوى الوعي والمعرفة لدى النساء بشأن حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية وبشأن سَيْر البلاغات وعمليات التحقيق المنصوص عليها في بروتوكولها الاختياري.

It recommends that awareness-raising campaigns targeted at women be undertaken so that women can avail themselves of procedures and remedies for violations of their rights under the Convention.
وتوصي أيضا بتنظيم حملات توعية تستهدف النساء، لكي يتمكّن من الاستفادة من الإجراءات وسبل الانتصاف المتاحة ضد انتهاكات حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

It also recommends that sustained awareness-raising and legal literacy training campaigns targeting women, including rural women and non-governmental organizations working on women's issues, be undertaken to encourage and empower women to avail themselves of procedures and remedies for violations of their rights under the Convention.
وتوصي أيضا بالاضطلاع بحملات متواصلة للتوعية ولمحو الأمية القانونية تستهدف النساء وبخاصة الريفيات منهن والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بقضايا المرأة وذلك لتشجيع النساء على الاستفادة من الإجراءات القانونية وسبل الانتصاف في حالة انتهاك حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية وتمكينهن في هذا الصدد.

The Committee further urges the State party to undertake awareness-raising campaigns targeted at women, judiciary and legal professionals, and to ensure that women can avail themselves of procedures and remedies in relation to violations of their rights under the Convention.
وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف كذلك على تنظيم حملات توعية تستهدف النساء والعاملين في القضاء والمهن القانونية، وعلى ضمان استفادة المرأة من الإجراءات وسبل الانتصاف فيما يتصل بانتهاكات حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

(c) To protect women from informal community arbitration systems, especially those that violate their rights under the Convention.
(ج) حماية النساء من نظم التحكيم المجتمعي غير الرسمية، وبخاصة تلك التي تنتهك حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

وتوصي اللجنة أيضا بالاضطلاع بحملات متواصلة للتوعية وتوفير التدريب القانوني لفائدة النساء، بمن فيهن النساء الريفيات، والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بقضايا المرأة، وذلك لتشجيع النساء على الاستفادة من الإجراءات القانونية وسبل الانتصاف في حالة انتهاك حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية وتمكينهن في هذا الصدد.

22. In 2009, CEDAW was concerned that women lack access to justice and that they cannot enforce their rights under the Convention.
22- وفي 2009، أعربت لجنة القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة عن قلقها لافتقار النساء إلى سبل الوصول إلى العدالة ولعجزهن عن إعمال حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية(45).

Please indicate how the State party is enhancing the awareness and knowledge of women, in particular those belonging to the most disadvantaged groups, such as women in rural areas, migrant women, Roma women and asylum-seeking and refugee women, about their rights under the Convention and the related national legislation.
ويُرجى الإشارة إلى كيفية قيام الدولة الطرف بتعزيز الوعي والمعرفة بالمرأة، ولا سيما المرأة المنتمية إلى أشد الفئات حرماناً، من قبيل النساء في المناطق الريفية، والنساء المهاجِرات، ونساء جماعة " الروما " ، والنساء ملتمسات اللجوء، واللاجئات، بشأن حقوقهن المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية والتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة.
