The Special Rapporteur will submit his final report to the Subcommission at its forty-fifth session in 1993, and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session in 1994.
وسيقدم المقرر الخاص تقريره النهائي إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الخامسة واﻷربعين التي ستعقد في عام ١٩٩٣، وإلى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين التي ستعقد في عام ١٩٩٤.

٣- وقدم المقرر الخاص تقريرا إلى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين E/CN.4/1994/73) وAdd.1(.

7. Also requests the Secretary-General to submit an interim report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session and a final report to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session on the strengthening of the Centre for Human Rights and on the measures taken to implement the present resolution.
٧ - تطلب أيضا الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين وتقريرا نهائيا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين عن تعزيز مركز حقوق الانسان وعن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ هذا القرار.

3. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session concrete proposals on the effective implementation and promotion of the Declaration on the Right to Development, taking into account the views expressed on the issue at the forty-ninth session of the Commission as well as any further comments and recommendations that may be submitted on the basis of paragraph 10 of Commission resolution 1993/22;

In November 1993, following the renewal of his mandate, he visited Sri Lanka and presented his mission report (country profile) to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (E/CN.4/1994/44/Add.1).

49. The Special Representative submitted a report on the situation of human rights in Cambodia, as requested by the Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 1993/6, to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (February-March 1994).

17. Human rights questions. The Council will have before it a draft decision for adoption as recommended by the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (Geneva, 31 January-11 March 1994), whereby the Council would endorse Commission resolution 1994/64.
١٧ - مسائل حقوق الانسان سيعرض على المجلس مشروع مقرر على نحو ما أوصت به لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين )جنيف، ٣١ كانون الثاني/يناير - ١١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤( يؤيد المجلس بمقتضاه قرار اللجنة ١٩٩٤/٦٤.

When presenting his report before the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session in March 1994, the Special Rapporteur drew the attention of the members of the Commission to the escalating political violence in Rwanda and the lack of attention given to the conclusions and recommendations resulting from his visit.

The Special Rapporteur's thirteenth report, submitted to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (E/CN.4/1994/23), contains the replies provided by the Governments of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro); the Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina has not yet responded.

In accordance with paragraph 6 (d) of the Commission's resolution, the Special Representative will present a report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session in February/March 1994, under the agenda item entitled " Advisory services in the field of human rights " .
١٤ - عملا بأحكام الفقرة ٦ )د( من قرار اللجنة، سيقوم الممثل الخاص برفع تقرير إلى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين في شباط/فبراير - آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، في إطار بند جدول اﻷعمال المعنون " الخدمات الاستشارية في ميدان حقوق الانسان " .

5. The purpose of the Special Rapporteur's visit should be seen in the framework of the mandate entrusted to him by the Commission on Human Rights (see E/CN.4/1994/7, paras. 5-12) and in the light of the Chairman's statement on the situation of human rights in East Timor, agreed upon by consensus by the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (E/1994/24-E/CN.4/1994/132, para. 482).
