Encourages the continued efforts on the part of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief, appointed to examine incidents and governmental actions in all parts of the world that are incompatible with the provisions of the Declaration, and to recommend remedial measures as appropriate;
١١ - تشجع مواصلة الجهود التي يبذلها المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب الديني وجميع أشكال التمييز القائمة على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، والمعين لدراسة اﻷحداث واﻹجراءات الحكومية، في جميع أنحاء العالم، التي تتعارض مع أحكام اﻹعلان، والتوصية بتدابير علاجية حسب الاقتضاء؛

11. 9. At the 36th meeting, on 8 November, the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief made an introductory statement (see A/C.3/54/SR.36).
٩ - وفي الجلسة ٣٦ المعقودة في ٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، أدلى الممثل الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز على أساس الدين أو المعتقد ببيان استهلالي )انظر (A/C.3/54/SR.36.

6. The interim report of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief contained in document A/54/386 had shown that intolerance was not the monopoly of any one State, religion, religious group or community.
٦ - وتكلمت عن التقرير المؤقت للمقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد الوارد في الوثيقة A/54/386 فقالت إن التعصب ليس مقصورا على دولة أو ديانة أو مجموعة أو طائفة دينية بعينها.

11. Encourages the continued efforts on the part of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief appointed to examine incidents and governmental actions in all parts of the world that are incompatible with the provisions of the Declaration and to recommend remedial measures as appropriate;
١١ - تشجع مواصلة الجهود التي يبذلها المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب الديني وجميع أشكال التمييز القائمة على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، الذي عُين لدراسة اﻷحداث واﻹجراءات الحكومية، في جميع أنحاء العالم، التي تتعارض مع أحكام اﻹعلان، والتوصية بتدابير علاجية حسب الاقتضاء؛

5. Calls upon the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to implement fully the conclusions and recommendations of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief relating to the Baha'is and to other minority religious groups, including Christians;
٥ - تطلب إلى حكومة جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تنفذ تنفيذا تاما الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي خلص اليها المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب الديني والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو العقيدة فيما يتصل بالبهائيين وباﻷقليات الدينية اﻷخرى، بما في ذلك المسيحيون؛

(c) To implement fully the conclusions and recommendations of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief relating to the Baha'is and to other minority religious groups, including Christians, until they are completely emancipated;E/CN.4/1996/95/Add.2.

٩ - وفي الجلسة ٣٦، المعقودة في ٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، أدلى المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد ببيان استهلالي )انظر A/C.3/54/SR.36(.

He reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to tolerance and noted with satisfaction that the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the elimination of all forms of religious intolerance had thanked the Saudi Arabian authorities, in paragraph 48 of his report at the previous session (A/52/477), for their cooperation in the human rights area.
وأكد مجددا التزام المملكة العربية السعودية بالتسامح وأشار بارتياح إلى أن المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب الديني أشاد بسلطات المملكة العربية السعودية، في الفقرة ٤٨ من تقريره المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في الدورة السابقة )A/52/477( لتجاوبها في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان.
