٦٥٣- وتطلب اللجنة من حكومة كوبا أن تقدم في تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات عن عدد الشكاوى من التمييز العنصري ونتائج النظر في قضايا التمييز العنصري والتعويض المقدم لﻷشخاص المتضررين بهذا التمييز إن وجد.

It called upon the Government of Cuba to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, urged it to ensure freedom of expression and assembly and the freedom to demonstrate peacefully and called upon it to carry out the recommendations contained in the interim report of the Special Rapporteur to bring its observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Cuba into conformity with international standards.

It expressed particular concern that the Cuban Government had failed to carry out its commitment, common to all Member States, to cooperate with the Commission on Human Rights, in conformity with Articles 55 and 56 of the Charter of the United Nations, and it called upon the Government to permit the Special Rapporteur the opportunity to carry out his mandate in full, in particular by allowing him to visit Cuba.
وأعربت عن القلق بوجه خاص ﻷن حكومة كوبا تخلفت عن تنفيذ التزامها، الذي تشترك فيه جميع الدول اﻷعضاء، بالتعاون مع لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، طبقا للمادتين ٥٥ و ٥٦ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة؛ وطلبت الى حكومة كوبا أن تتيح للمقرر الخاص الفرصة لتنفيذ ولايته بالكامل، وبخاصة بالسماح له بزيارة كوبا.
