28 - تؤكد ضرورة الحد بقدر كبير من الفاقد من الأغذية بعد الحصاد وغير ذلك من الفاقد الغذائي والهدر عبر جميع حلقات سلسلة الإمدادات الغذائية، بوسائل منها زيادة التشجيع على اتباع ممارسات الحصاد المناسبة وتجهيز المنتجات الغذائية الزراعية وتوفير المرافق المناسبة لتخزين الأغذية وتعبئتها؛
