Having considered the report of the Secretary-General on the review of public information activities in the United Nations Secretariat outside the Department of Public Information,

14. Mr. Chandra (India) said that his delegation concurred with the Advisory Committee's recommendation that public information activities in the Secretariat outside the Department of Public Information should be included in the comprehensive review of such activities to take place at the fifty-seventh session of the General Assembly.
14 - السيد شاندرا (الهند): قال إن وفده يؤيد توصية اللجنة الاستشارية القائلة بوجوب إدراج أنشطة الإعلام المضطلع بها في الأمانة العامة خارج إدارة شؤون الإعلام في نطاق الاستعراض الشامل لتلك الأنشطة المقرر إجراؤه خلال الدورة السابعة والخمسين للجمعية العامة.
