(أ) ضمان المساواة في إمكانية حصول الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة على خدمات اجتماعية وصحية مناسبة تشمل الدعم النفسي والخدمات الاستشارية وتوجيه الوالدين لأسر الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، وتقديم خدمات مُعدّة خصيصاً للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية والاضطرابات السلوكية، وزيادة التوعية بجميع الخدمات المتوفرة.

66. The findings of the report suggest that, without addressing the issue of expanded and adequate old-age income security and related social and health services for older persons, the post-2015 sustainable development goals aimed at reducing or eliminating poverty will remain elusive and there could in fact be a rise in poverty rates among the growing numbers of older persons in all parts of the world.
66- وتوحي نتائج التقرير بأنه ما لم تُعالج مسألة توسيع نطاق نظم ضمان الدخل المناسب وما يتصل بذلك من خدمات اجتماعية وصحية للمسنين، فإن أهداف التنمية المستدامة لما بعد عام 2015، التي تبغي تخفيف وطأة الفقر أو القضاء عليه، سوف تظل عصية المنال وقد ترتفع في الواقع معدلات الفقر بين جموع المسنين المتزايدة في شتى أرجاء العالم.

46. The Committee urges the State party to adopt a comprehensive law protecting women, in particular girls with mental disabilities, from forced sterilization, and to ensure that rights of women with disabilities are mainstreamed within the national strategies and action plans for women, as well as to intensify its efforts in providing social and health services support to families with girls and women with disabilities.
