Requests the Secretariat to continue to consult actively with the bureaux and secretariats of the bodies that consistently underutilize their conference-servicing resources with a view to making improvements in their utilization factors, bearing in mind that meetings are not to be held during off-hours and without interpretation;
3 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل التشاور النشط مع مكاتب وأمانات الهيئات التي ما برحت تستخدم موارد خدمات المؤتمرات المخصصة لها استخداما ناقصا، بغية إدخال تحسينات على عوامل استخدامها، آخذا في الاعتبار أن الاجتماعات لا يجوز عقدها خارج ساعات العمل الرسمية، وبدون ترجمة شفوية؛

In that connection, the view was expressed that an appeal to punctuality therein was already covered by the first sentence while the requirement of reorganizing the work programme with flexibility was not necessarily relevant in the context of the words " best use of allocated conference services " contained in the first sentence.

It was noted that in considering the words " best use of allocated conference services " , specific features of the Committee as a body dealing with legal matters, on the basis of consensus, should be taken into account.
