The new proactive approach adopted by the Department of General Assembly and Conference Management and the increased focus on the planning, coordination and management of conference services and documentation would give the Department more control and ensure greater accuracy and predictability in the planning of meetings, result in more efficient use of resources and enhance the quality of meetings and document services.
