In resolution 56/254 D, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to restore immediately Internet services, including web hosting, email and support services, to permanent missions, utilizing the resources released as a result of resolution 56/272, and to reflect the necessary transfers among sections of the budget in the context of the first performance report on the programme budget for the biennium 2002-2003.
