In the case concerning the person, who was a 20-day-old infant at the time of his disappearance, he had been located and his identity confirmed in judicial proceedings.

Such protection and care shall not be made conditional upon the capacity or willingness of the trafficked person to cooperate in legal proceedings.
وليست هذه الحماية والرعاية مشروطة بقدرة الشخص المتاجر به أو عزمه على التعاون خلال الإجراءات القضائية.
