49. During its eightieth session, on 6 March 2012, the Committee considered communication No. 46/2009 (Dawas and Shava v. Denmark), which concerned the attack, involving material damages and injuries as well as insults by 35 Danish youngsters against a family of Iraqi citizens recognized as refugees in Denmark.
49- وأثناء دورتها التاسعة والسبعين، المعقودة في 6 آذار/مارس 2012، نظرت اللجنة في البلاغ رقم 46/2009 (داواس وشافا ضد الدانمرك)، التي تتعلق بالاعتداء المقترن بإلحاق أضرار مادية وجروح وكذلك بالسباب الذي ارتكبه 35 شاباً دانمركياً في حق أسرة من المواطنين العراقيين معترف بهم كلاجئين في الدانمرك.
