8 - يدعو اللجنة الدائمة المستقلة لحقوق الإنسان التابعة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي إلى دراسة حالة حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى وتقديم توصيات ملموسة إلى مجلس وزراء الخارجية تهدف إلى معالجة المسألة على نحو فعال.

70. Mr. Maia (Brazil) said that his delegation was in favour of the implementation of the universal review mechanism proposed for the Human Rights Council, which would enable the United Nations to examine the human rights situation in all countries in a manner that was free of selectivity and politicization.
