64. At its fiftysixth session, the Commission on Human Rights, in its decision 2000/102, endorsed the appointment of Mr. OlokaOnyango and Ms. Udagama as Special Rapporteurs to undertake a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights.
64- ووافقت لجنة حقوق الإنسان في المقرر 2000/102 الذي اعتمدته في دورتها السادسة والخمسين، على تعيين السيد أولوكا - أونيانغو والسيدة ديبيكا أوداغاما مقررين خاصين لإجراء دراسة عن مسألة العولمة وما لها من أثر على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان.

Beginning in 1994, the Commission on Human Rights also began to adopt resolutions on " human rights and terrorism " , and requested the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to undertake a study on the issue of terrorism and human rights in the context of its procedures.

أولوكا - أونيانغو والسيدة ديبيكا أوداغاما مقررين خاصين لإجراء دراسة عن مسألة العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان، على أن يوليا فيها اهتماماً خاصاً لما وضعته اللجنة الفرعية ولجنة حقوق الإنسان من توصيات بغية زيادة تركيز الدراسة وتحسين أساليبها(1).

It should be noted that the Commission on Human Rights proposed the appointment of two Special Rapporteurs of the Subcommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to undertake a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights (see Commission decision 2000/102).
ومما يجدر بالملاحظة، أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان اقترحت تعيين مقررين خاصين للجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان لإجراء دراسة عن مسألة العولمة وتأثيراتها على التمتع الكامل بكافة حقوق الإنسان (انظر مقرر اللجنة 2000/102).

It may be recalled that it had prepared for the fortieth session of the General Assembly a study on the question of possible wider use of the International Court of Justice, which was circulated to Member States (see A/40/682, annex).
