Since the adoption of the Guide to national reporting in November 2010, there had been continued progress in the submission of national reports.

The Conference had adopted the Guide to national reporting under Protocol V, which could assist States in providing the required information in a comprehensive manner.
وقد اعتمد المؤتمر دليل تقديم التقارير الوطنية المقدمة في إطار البروتوكول الخامس والذي يمكن أن يساعد الدول في تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة بطريقة شاملة.

Hope was expressed that the " Guide to National Reporting under CCW Protocol V " , which was approved by the Third Conference of the High Contracting Parties, would help to avoid such situations occurring in the future.
وأُعرب عن الأمل بأن يساعد " دليل تقديم التقارير الوطنية بموجب البروتوكول الخامس " ، الذي أقره المؤتمر الثالث للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، في تجنب حدوث هذه الحالات في المستقبل.

Together with each of the coordinators, it had conducted an evaluation of the Guide to National Reporting and the progress made in implementing Protocol V, and also of the measures taken by States to fulfil their obligations to remove explosive remnants of war, particularly in implementation of article 4.

From the drafting to the submission stages, the entire process had taken four months, and had been greatly facilitated by the forms in the Guide to national reporting and open access to reports from other High Contracting Parties.
