The Secretary-General states that the Community Liaison Office monitors and reports on various activities related to the return of the Ngok Dinka internally displaced persons, the migration of the Misseriya nomads, the presence of the Sudan Armed Forces, the police forces of the Sudan and South Sudan and any other unauthorized armed groups coming from the north and south.
