1. The audit of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) was assigned to the Auditor-General of the Republic of South Africa for the 2006-2007 financial period by resolution GC.11/Dec.16 adopted at the eleventh regular session of the General Conference.
1- أُسندت إلى مراجع الحسابات العام في جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا مهمة مراجعة حسابات منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية (اليونيدو) عن الفترة المالية 2006-2007، وذلك بمقتضى المقرر م ع-11/م-16 الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العام في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة.

7. Welcomes the decision of the Governing Board of the Institute, at its eleventh ordinary session, held in Nairobi on 27 and 28 April 2011, to carry out a review of the Institute to ensure that it can fulfil its mandate and assume a more prominent role in dealing with existing crime;

٨ - ترحب بإعداد دراسة تشخيصية تمهيدية وإنجازها وفقا للقرار الذي اتخذه مجلس إدارة المعهد في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة المعقودة في نيروبي يومي 27 و 28 نيسان/أبريل 2011 بإجراء استعراض للمعهد لتمكينه من أداء ولايته والقيام بدور أبرز في مواجهة الجرائم القائمة؛

2. RECALLS Decision EX.CL/Dec.370 (XI) adopted at its eleventh ordinary session held in Accra, Ghana, from 28 to 29 June 2007, through which Council endorsed the AUBP;

(a) Decisions, declarations and resolution adopted by the Assembly of the African Union, at its eleventh ordinary session, held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, from 30 June to 1 July 2008 (see annex I);
(أ) المقررات والإعلانات التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الاتحاد الأفريقي في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة المعقودة في شرم الشيخ، مصر، في الفترة من 30 حزيران/يونيه إلى 1 تموز/يوليه 2008 والقرار الذي اتخذه في تلك الدورة (انظر المرفق الأول).

Pursuant to Article 54 of the Charter of the United Nations, I have the honour to forward the attached resolution (Assembly/AU/Res.1(XI)) adopted by the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union during its eleventh ordinary session, held in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, on 30 June and 1 July 2008, concerning the situation in Zimbabwe (see annex).
عملا بالمادة 54 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، يشرفني أن أحيل إليكم طيه القرار (Assembly/AU/Res.1(XI)) الذي اتخذه مؤتمر رؤساء دول وحكومات الاتحاد الأفريقي خلال دورته العادية الحادية عشرة المعقودة في شرم الشيخ، مصر، يومي 30 حزيران/يونيه و 1 تموز/يوليه 2008، بشأن الحالة في زمبابوي (انظر المرفق).

The Industrial Development Board, acting in accordance with Article 11.2 of the Constitution, decided to recommend to the General Conference the appointment of Mr. Carlos Magariños as DirectorGeneral of UNIDO for a period of four years from 8 December 2001 or until the Director-General appointed at the eleventh regular session of the General Conference assumes office, whichever is later.
قرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية، عملا بمقتضى المـادة 11-2 من الدستور، أن يوصي المؤتمر العام بتعيين السيد كارلوس ماغارينيوس مديرا عاما لليونيدو لمدة أربع سنوات اعتبارا من 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001 أو الى حين تولي المدير العام الذي يعينه المؤتمر العام في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة مهام منصبه، أي التاريخين أبعد.
