The Assembly reaffirmed that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وأكدت الجمعية من جديد على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى، بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

Article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, which was adopted by the General Assembly at its twenty-ninth session, states that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وقد نصت المادة ٣٢ من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والعشرين على أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير، اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

" No State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights or to secure from it advantages of any kind. "

Article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, adopted by the General Assembly in resolution 3281 (XXIX), states: " No State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights " .
وتنص المادة 32 من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في قرارها 3281 (د-29) على أنه " ليس لأي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجِّع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى قصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " .

Those measures are, furthermore, incompatible with General Assembly resolution 62/183, which provides that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وكذلك فإنها تنتهك مضمون قرار الجمعية العامة 62/183 الذي ينص على: " أنه لا يجوز لأي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية انفرادية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير لإكراه دولة أخرى على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " .

Reaffirming the pertinent principles and provisions contained in the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 3281 (XXIX) of 12 December 1974, in particular article 32 which declares that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights,

The actions of the United States also arouse rightful indignation since they were carried out notwithstanding United Nations General Assembly resolution 62/183, which states that " no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights " .
ويسوّغ ما قامت به الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كذلك، الإعراب عن الامتعاض بسبب أنه يأتي في أعقاب اتخاذ الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة للقرار 62/183، الذي جاء فيه " أنه لا يجوز لأي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية انفرادية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير لإكراه دولة أخرى على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " .

The Government recalled that article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 3281 (XXIX) of 12 December 1974 provides that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
