It is also worth mentioning that, as the Plurinational State of Bolivia is only just becoming a space-faring nation, it does not yet have legislation relating to the peaceful exploration and use of outer space.
وتجدر الإشارة أيضاً إلى أنَّه ليس لدى دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات بعد، باعتبارها لا تزال على عتبة ارتياد الفضاء، تشريعات فيما يتعلق بالاستكشاف السلمي للفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه.

19. Mr. Llorentty Solíz (Plurinational State of Bolivia) said that his country was honoured to become a member of the Committee.

The Office for Outer Space Affairs, the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and ESA helped to defray the air travel, daily subsistence and accommodation costs for 25 participants.
وساعد مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي وحكومة دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات ووكالة الفضاء الأوروبية في تحمّل تكاليف السفر الجوي وبدل المعيشة اليومي والإقامة لخمسة وعشرين مشاركاً.

The Ministry of Rural Development and Land and the Ministry of Education, through the Vice-Ministry of Science and Technology, with the support of the Centre for Research and Remote Sensing Services of the Universidad Mayor de San Simón hosted the event on behalf of the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
واستضافت الحدثَ نيابة عن حكومة دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات وزارةُ التنمية الريفية والأراضي ووزارة التربية والتعليم، عن طريق مكتب نائب وزير العلوم والتكنولوجيا، وبدعم من مركز البحوث وخدمات الاستشعار عن بُعد التابع لجامعة مايور دي سان سيمون.

421. The Ministers welcomed the election of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the presidency of the Group of 77 and China during 2014 and expressed their support in carrying out that responsibility.
421- رحَّب الوزراء بانتخاب دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات لرئاسة مجموعة الـ77 والصين أثناء عام 2014 وأعربوا عن دعمهم لها في اضطلاعها بهذه المسؤولية.

17. The Chair, with reference to a letter dated 29 May 2013 from the Permanent Mission of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to the United Nations, said that he took it that the Committee wished to approve the request by the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia to become a member of the Committee.
17 - الرئيس: بالإشارة إلى رسالة مؤرخة 29 أيار/مايو 2013 وموجَّهة من البعثة الدائمة لدولة بوليفيا المتعددة القوميات إلى الأمم المتحدة قال إنه يَعتبر أن اللجنة ترغب في الموافقة على طلب حكومة دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات بأن تصبح عضواً في اللجنة.

13. Mr. Archondo (Plurinational State of Bolivia) said that for the past 30 years his country had enjoyed the longest period of democratic rule in its history, and it cherished the hope that the era of dictatorships in Latin America had come to an end.
13 - السيد أرشوندو (دولة بوليفيا المتعدّدة القوميات): قال إنه على مدى فترة الثلاثين عاماً الماضية تمتّع بلده بأطول فترة في تاريخه للحكم الديمقراطي، كما راوده الأمل في أن تنتهي حقبة الدكتاتورية في أمريكا اللاتينية.

At the opening of the Workshop, introductory and welcoming statements were made by representatives of the Vice-Ministry of Science and Technology of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, the Universidad Mayor de San Simón and the Bolivian Chapter of the Latin American Society for Remote Sensing and Space Information Systems (SELPER), ESA and the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the Secretariat.
