Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of those individuals by bringing it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to take adequate initiatives with a view to becoming a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
17- وبناء على الرأي المبيّن أعلاه، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح وضع هؤلاء الأفراد بحيث تجعله مطابقاً للمعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، وأن تتخذ المبادرات الملائمة لكي تصبح دولة طرفاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

15. The Working Group, having rendered this opinion, requests the Government of Cuba to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of these four persons, to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to take appropriate steps with a view to becoming a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
15- ونتيجةً للرأي الذي قُدّم، يطلب الفريق العامل من الحكومة الكوبية أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة أوضاع هؤلاء الأشخاص الأربعة وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ المحددة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، وأن تتخذ المبادرات المناسبة لكي تصبح دولة طرفاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

11. Consequent upon this opinion, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Mr. Model in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions and principles contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and encourages it to take appropriate initiatives with a view to the United Arab Emirates becoming a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
11- وبناء على ذلك، يطلب الفريق العامل من الحكومة أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لتصحيح هذا الوضع وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ويشجع الحكومة على القيام بالمبادرات المناسبة لكي تصبح الإمارات العربية المتحدة دولة طرفاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

70. As a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the Indonesian Government takes its commitments and obligations under this Instrument very seriously, in particular its obligation under Article 18 of the ICCPR on freedom of thought, conscience and religion.

1. As a State party to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, which guarantees the rights to occupational health and safety and social security, Bolivia has an obligation to respond to the needs of the population in terms of protecting human capital and human health, based on the principles of universality, solidarity, equal treatment, economy, timeliness and efficiency.
1- إن بوليفيا، بوصفها دولة طرفاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية تكفل الأمن والصحة في العمل والحق في الضمان الاجتماعي، هي ملزمة بتلبية احتياجات السكان من حيث حماية الرأس المالي البشري وصحته، بمقتضى مبادئ العالمية والتضامن وسلامة الإدارة والاقتصاد والفرص والكفاءة.

The Working Group brings to the attention of the Government its obligations as a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and urges it to bring its laws into conformity with international law, in particular international human rights law.
