• State Party to this Convention

Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to the Convention.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح ما تشاء من تعديلات عليها.

Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to this Convention. Amendments shall enter into force for each State Party to the Convention accepting the amendments upon their acceptance by a majority of the States Parties to the Convention and thereafter for each remaining State Party to the Convention on the date of acceptance by it.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح إدخال تعديلات عليها وتصبح التعديلات نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة تقبلها من الدول الأطراف، متى نالت قبول أغلبية الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، وبعد ذلك تصبح نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة باقية من الدول الأطراف، ابتداء من تاريخ قبول هذه الدولة لها.

Any State Party to this Convention may give notice of its withdrawal from the Convention one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية إعلان نيتها في الانسحاب منها بعد سنة من نفاذها بإشعار كتابي ترسله إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

" Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never in any circumstances to develop, produce, stockpile or otherwise acquire or retain:
" تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن لا تعمد أبداً، في أي ظرف من الظروف، إلى استحداث أو إنتاج أو تخزين ما يلي، ولا إلى اقتنائه أو حفظه على أي نحو آخر:

" (1) Any State Party to this Convention which finds that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations.
" 1- لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية ترى في تصرف أية دولة أخرى من الدول الأطراف خرقاً للالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب أحكام هذه الاتفاقية أن تقدم شكوى إلى مجلس الأمن بالأمم المتحدة.

(2) Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to cooperate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, on the basis of the complaint received by the Council.
2- تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن تتعاون في تنفيذ أي تحقيق قد يجريه مجلس الأمن وفقاً لأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة استناداً إلى الشكوى الواردة إليه.

1. Any State Party to this Convention may propose an amendment and deposit it with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
1 - يجوز لأي دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح إدخال تنقيح على الاتفاقية وتودع اقتراحها لدى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

" (1) Any State Party to this Convention which finds that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations.
" (1) لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية ترى في تصرف أية دولة أخرى من الدول الأطراف خرقاً للالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب أحكام هذه الاتفاقية أن تقدم شكوى إلى مجلس الأمن بالأمم المتحدة.

(2) Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to cooperate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, on the basis of the complaint received by the Council.
(2) تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن تتعاون في تنفيذ أي تحقيق قد يجريه مجلس الأمن وفقاً لأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة استناداً إلى الشكوى الواردة إليه.

" Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to provide or support assistance, in accordance with the United Nations Charter, to any Party to the Convention which so requests, if the Security Council decides that such Party has been exposed to danger as a result of violation of the Convention. "
" تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بتوفير أو تيسير المساعدة الموجهة وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة إلى أية دولة من الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية تطلب ذلك، إذا قرر مجلس الأمن أن الدولة المذكورة تتعرض للخطر نتيجة لخرق الاتفاقية. "

(2) Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to cooperate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, on the basis of the complaint received by the Council.
(2) تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن تتعاون في تنفيذ أي تحقيق قد يجريه مجلس الأمن وفقاً لأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة استنادا إلى الشكوى الواردة إليه.

1. Article VII of the Convention determines that " Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to provide or support assistance, in accordance with the United Nations Charter, to any Party to the Convention which so requests, if the Security Council decides that such Party has been exposed to danger as a result of violation of the Convention " .
1- تنصّ المادة السابعة من الاتفاقية على ما يلي: " تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بتوفير أو تيسير المساعدة الموجهة وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة إلى أية دولة من الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية تطلب ذلك، إذا قرر مجلس الأمن أن الدولة المذكورة تتعرض للخطر نتيجة لخرق الاتفاقية " .

" Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to provide or support assistance, in accordance with the United Nations Charter, to any Party to the Convention which so requests, if the Security Council decides that such Party has been exposed to danger as a result of violation of the Convention.
