Article 119 states, " In all cases, the Investigator shall order that the accused may not communicate with any other prisoner or detainee, and that he not be visited by anyone for a period not exceeding 60 days if the interest of the investigation so requires, without prejudice to the right of the accused to communicate with his representative or attorney. "
53- وتنص المادة 119 على أن " للمحقق، في كل الأحوال، أن يأمر بعدم اتصال المتهم بغيره من المسجونين، أو المحتجزين، وألاّ يزوره أحد لمدة لا تزيد على ستين يوماً إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق ذلك، دون الإخلال بحق المتهم في الاتصال بوكيله أو محاميه " .

B. If the funds have been transferred or converted into funds of another type, they shall also be subject, in their alternative form, to seizure, and if illegal funds have been mixed with other, legal, funds, they shall be subject to seizure to the extent of the estimated value of the illegal funds, without prejudice to the right of the Agency to freeze the funds until the related investigation is carried out.
