We therefore urge all States Parties that have not yet done so, to sign and ratify this treaty, without delay and without conditions.
ولذلك فإننا نحث جميع الدول الأطراف التي لم تقم بعد بالتوقيع والتصديق على هذه المعاهدة إلى القيام بذلك دون تأخير وبدون شروط.

“Reaffirms the importance of achieving the universality of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and calls upon States not parties to the Treaty to accede to it without delay and without conditions”.
" تؤكد مـــن جديد على أهمية تحقيق الانضمام العالمي إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية وتهيب بالدول التي لـــم تنضم إلى المعاهدة بعد أن تنضم إليها دون تأخير وبدون شروط " .

(a) The importance and urgency of signatures and ratifications, without delay and without conditions and in accordance with constitutional processes, to achieve the early entry into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty96 as well as a moratorium on nuclear-weapon-test explosions or any other nuclear explosions pending the entry into force of that Treaty;
(أ) إيلاء أهمية للتوقيع والتصديق على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية(96) دون تأخير وبدون شروط ووفقا للعمليات الدستورية والقيام بذلك على سبيل الاستعجال من أجل دخول المعاهدة حيز النفاذ في وقت مبكر ووقف تجارب الأسلحة النووية أو أي تفجيرات نووية أخرى ريثما تدخل المعاهدة حيز النفاذ؛
