13 - تطلب إلى رئيسة اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بحالة تنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة، أن تواصل الاتصال الوثيق مع رئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بشأن هذه المسائل؛

2. Stresses the importance of the previously expressed desire of the territorial Government for a visiting mission by the Special Committee, calls upon the administering Power to facilitate such a mission, if the territorial Government so desires, and requests the Chairperson of the Special Committee to take all the necessary steps to that end;
2 - تشـدد على أهمية الرغـبة التي سبق أن أعربت عنها حكومة الإقليم في أن توفـد اللجنة الخاصة بعثـة زائرة إلى الإقليم، وتـهـيـب بالدولة القائمة بالإدارة أن تسهـِّـل هذه البعثة، إذا رغبت حكومة الإقليم في ذلك، وتطلب إلى رئيسة اللجنة الخاصة أن تـتـخـذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة تحقيقا لذلك؛

2 - تؤكد أهمية الرغـبة التي سبق أن أعربت عنها حكومة الإقليم في أن توفـد اللجنة الخاصة بعثـة زائرة إلى الإقليم، وتـهـيـب بالدولة القائمة بالإدارة أن تيسر إيفاد هذه البعثة، إذا رغبت حكومة الإقليم في ذلك، وتطلب إلى رئيسة اللجنة الخاصة أن تـتـخـذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتحقيق ذلك؛

81. The Chairperson of the Special Committee pointed out that the debate on both general and specific aspects of the proposal had already been held by the Committee at its current session in accordance with its mandate.

Ms. Lehto (Chairperson of the Special Committee on the Charter of the United Nations and on the Strengthening of the Role of the Organization), introducing the Special Committee’s report (A/54/33), said that the Special Committee had adopted three recommendations to the Sixth Committee at its session in April 1999.
٢ - السيدة ليتو )رئيسة اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وبتعزيز دور المنظمة(: قالت في سياق عرضها لتقرير اللجنة الخاصة )A/54/33( إن تلك اللجنة اعتمدت في دورتها المعقودة في نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩ ثلاث توصيات لرفعها إلى اللجنة السادسة.

72. At its 9th meeting, on 27 June 2007, the Chair of the Special Committee drew attention to the draft report of the Caribbean regional seminar, which had been circulated to members of the Special Committee as a conference room paper (A/AC.109/2007/CRP.2) (see A/AC.109/2007/SR.9).
