9. Notwithstanding the information provided in the replies to the list of issues and by the State party delegation, the Committee remains seriously concerned at the State party's failure in practice to afford all detainees, including detainees held in State security prisons, with all fundamental legal safeguards from the very outset of their detention.
9- بالرغم من المعلومات التي قدمتها الدولة الطرف في ردودها على قائمة المسائل وتلك التي قدمها وفدها، لا يزال يساور اللجنة قلق شديد من أن الدولة الطرف لا تكفل، من الناحية العملية، إتاحة جميع الضمانات القانونية الأساسية لجميع المحتجزين، بمن فيهم المحتجزون المودعون في السجون الأمنية التابعة للدولة، منذ الوهلة الأولى لاحتجازهم.

26. Lastly, in its responses to the list of issues and questions, the State party had asserted that prostitution and trafficking did not seem to be a major problem in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

256. The Committee welcomes the information provided in the State party's answers to the list of issues concerning implementation of the best interests principle and encourages the State party to continue to integrate the principle into all legislative and administrative practices, and to review its decision-making and implementation procedures so as to ensure that the best interests of the child are a primary consideration.
256- ترحب اللجنة بالمعلومات المقدمة من الدولة الطرف في ردودها على قائمة المسائل بشأن تنفيذ مبدأ المصالح الفضلى وهي تشجع الدولة الطرف على مواصلة إدراج المبدأ ضمن جميع الممارسات التشريعية والإدارية، وعلى مراجعة اجراءاتها في مجال اتخاذ القرارات والتنفيذ، كيما تكفل العناية الأولية لمصالح الطفل الفضلى.
