I would like to seize this opportunity to reiterate the contents of our previous letters regarding the state of health of Syrian prisoner Bisher al-Meket.

In our previous letters to you, we called upon the Egyptian Government to declare its agreement to withdraw its military forces from Sudanese territory and to choose the mechanisms and means for the diplomatic and legal solution that it desires, whether by judicial means or through arbitration.
لقد دعونا الحكومة المصرية في رسائلنا السابقة لكم أن تعلن موافقتها على سحب قواتها العسكرية من اﻷراضي السودانية، وأن تختار آليات ووسائل الحل الدبلوماسي والقانوني الذي تراه قضاء كان أم تحكيما.

In follow-up of our previous letters regarding Israel's ongoing military campaign in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, I regret to inform you that many more Palestinian civilians continue to fall victim to deadly and destructive attacks by Israel, the occupying Power, particularly in the besieged Gaza Strip.
عطفاً على رسائلنا السابقة بشأن الحملة العسكرية الإسرائيلية المستمرة في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أن العديد من المدنيين الفلسطينيين ما زالوا يسقطون ضحية الاعتداءات القاتلة والمدمرة التي تقوم بها إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، ولا سيما في قطاع غزة المحاصر.

On instructions from my Government and further to our earlier letters concerning Israel's attacks on southern Lebanon and the Western Bekaa and the arbitrary practices against the civilian inhabitants in which it engages on a daily basis, I have the honour to inform you of the following:
للبنان لدى اﻷمم المتحدة بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، وعطفا على رسائلنا السابقة بشأن الاعتداءات والممارسات اﻹسرائيلية التعسفية المتكررة يوميا ضد السكان المدنيين في الجنوب اللبناني والبقاع الغربي، أتشرف بإحاطتكم علما بما يلي:

On instructions from my Government and further to our earlier letters concerning Israel's attacks on southern Lebanon and the Western Bekaa and the arbitrary practices against the civilian inhabitants in which it engages on a daily basis, I have the honour to notify you of the series of such incidents that took place in January 1997.
بناء لتعليمات من حكومتي وعطفا على رسائلنا السابقة بشأن الاعتداءات والممارسات الاسرائيلية التعسفية المتكررة يوميا ضد السكان المدنيين في الجنوب اللبناني والبقاع الغربي، أتشرف بإبلاغكم سلسلة الاعتداءات الاسرائيلية التي وقعت خلال شهر كانون الثاني ١٩٩٧.

As stated in our previous communications addressed to you, the habitually repeated allegations by the Greek Cypriot side of so-called " airspace violations " are totally unfounded and are rejected in toto by our authorities.
مثلما ورد في رسائلنا السابقة الموجهة إليكم، فإن الادعاءات المتكررة المعتادة من الجانب القبرصي اليوناني بما يسمى " انتهاكات المجال الجوي " لا أساس لها ومرفوضة تماما من قِبَل سلطاتنا.

Allegations on the so-called " destruction of the cultural identity " of Northern Cyprus have been amply dealt with in our previous communications addressed to Your Excellency, most recently in my letter dated 3 March 1998.
إن اﻹدعاءات المتعلقة بما يسمى " تدمير الهوية الثقافية " لقبرص الشمالية قد تناولتها بإسهاب رسائلنا السابقة الموجهة إلى سعادتكم، وآخرها رسالتي المؤرخة ٣ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٨.

As stated in our previous letters, such allegations are based on the false and illegitimate claim that the sovereignty of the Greek Cypriot administration extends over the whole island, including the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
وكما بينَّا في رسائلنا السابقة فإن هذه المزاعم تستند إلى الادعاء الباطل وغير الشرعي بأن سيادة الإدارة القبرصية اليونانية تشمل الجزيرة بأكملها، بما في ذلك أراضي الجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص.

As stated in our previous letters, such allegations are based on the false and illegitimate claim that the sovereignty of the Greek Cypriot administration extends over the whole island, including the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

As noted in our previous letters on the situation in Occupied East Jerusalem, we reiterate that recent events are the product of predetermined and wilful efforts, with official Israeli complicity and support, to sabotage the efforts to resume the peace process.

As mentioned in our earlier letters, the most recent of which, dated 7 March 2005, was circulated as document A/59/726-S/2005/143, Israel constantly resorts to inflating ephemeral incidents and depicting hypotheses that are borne out neither by logic nor by the facts.
وكما ذكرنا في رسائلنا السابقة والتي كان آخرها ما ورد في الوثيقة رقم A/59/726-S/2205/143 المؤرخة 7 آذار/مارس 2005 فإن إسرائيل تلجأ دائما إلى تضخيم حوادث عابرة، ورسم فرضيات لا يقبلها المنطق ولا الواقع.

It will be recalled that similar allegations of so-called " airspace and FIR violations " were rejected in our previous communications addressed to you, most recently in my letter dated 6 June 2000 (A/54/911-S/2000/551).
وجدير بالذكر أننا قد نفينا في رسائلنا السابقة إليكم وآخرها رسالتي المؤرخة 6 حزيران/يونيه 2000 (A/54/911-S/2000/551) ادعاءات مماثلة بشأن ما يسمى " انتهاكات المجال الجوي ومنطقة معلومات الطيران " .

It will be recalled that similar unfounded allegations were rejected in our previous communications addressed to you, most recently, in my letter dated 28 July 2000 (A/54/951-S/2000/755).
وجدير بالذكر أننا نفينا في رسائلنا السابقة إليكم وآخرها رسالتي المؤرخة 28 تموز/ يوليه 2000 (A/54/951-S/2000/755) ادعاءات مماثلة لا أساس لها.

It will be recalled that similar unfounded allegations of so-called airspace violations were rejected in toto in our previous communications addressed to you, most recently in my letter dated 11 November 1998 (A/53/665-S/1998/1074).
وجدير بالذكر أننا رفضنا، جملة، ادعاءات مماثلة لا تقوم على أساس تتعلق بالانتهاكات المزعومة للمجال الجوي، وذلك في رسائلنا السابقة الموجهة إليكم وآخرها رسالتي المؤرخة ١١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٨ )A/53/665-S/1998/1074(.
