Since my last letter to you on 18 January 2006, the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, has witnessed significant political developments, namely the conclusion of democratic and transparent elections.
منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم في 18 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، شهدت الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، تطورات سياسية هامة تمثلت في إجراء انتخابات ديمقراطية شفافة.

Since my last letter to you on 26 July 2006, Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 32 Palestinians, including seven children, and over 40 have been injured, many seriously.
قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم في 26 تموز/يوليه 2006، ما لا يقل عن 32 فلسطينيا، من بينهم سبعة أطفال، وأصابت بجروح ما يزيد على 40 شخصا، جروح العديد منهم خطرة.

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you two days ago, at least 12 more Palestinian civilians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,611 people. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are listed in the annex to the present letter.)
وتعقيبا على الرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يُؤسفني أشد الأسف أن أبلغكم بأن 12 مدنيا فلسطينيا على الأقل قُتلوا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم منذ يومين، فارتفع عدد الشهداء المقتولين منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 611 4 شخصا. (وقد تم تحديد أسماء الشهداء وتضمين قائمة بأسمائهم في مرفق هذه الرسالة).

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you just three days ago, at least 19 Palestinians, including several children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 2,914 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are contained in the annex to this letter.)
ومن ثم، وإلحاقا بالرسائل آنفة الذكر، يؤسفني إبلاغكم أنه منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم قبل ثلاثة أيام فقط، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية 19 فلسطينيا على الأقل، بمن فيهم عدد من الأطفال، ليصل بذلك مجموع عدد الشهداء منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 914 2 فلسطينيا. Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since my letter to you of yesterday (A/ES-10/267-S/2004/394), at least 20 Palestinians, including children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,004 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
ومن ثم، وإلحاقا بالرسائل الآنفة الذكر، يؤسفني إبلاغكم أنه منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم البارحة A/ES-10/267-S/2004/394 قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي 20 فلسطينيا على الأقل، منهم أطفال ليصل بذلك مجموع عدد الشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 004 3 فلسطينيين. Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my deepest regret to inform you that, since my letter to you yesterday, at least 19 more Palestinians, including many children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,023 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
من ثم، وإلحاقا بالرسائل الآنفة الذكر، يؤسفني إبلاغكم أن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي قتلت، منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم بالأمس 19 فلسطينيا على الأقل، منهم أطفال كثر ليصل بذلك مجموع عدد الشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 023 3 فلسطينيا. Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my deepest regret to inform you that, since my letter to you on 10 June 2004, at least 55 more Palestinians, including several children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,103 Palestinians. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are contained in the annex to the present letter.)
ومن ثم، وإلحاقا بالرسائل الآنفة الذكر، يؤسفني أشد الأسف إبلاغكم أن قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي قتلت، منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم في 10 حزيران/يونيه 2004، 55 فلسطينيا على الأقل، منهم العديد من الأطفال، ليصل بذلك مجموع عدد الشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 103 3 فلسطينيين.
