Our historic reconciliation is the most secure way towards Romania and Hungary's integration into the new Europe's vital institutions.
إن المصالحة التاريخية بيننا هي السبيل اﻷضمن إلى ادماج رومانيا وهنغاريا في المؤسسات اﻷوروبية الحيوية الجديدة.

In that regard, he wished to recall the recent initiatives launched by the President of his country concerning the historic reconciliation between Romania and Hungary.
ومن الجدير بالذكر، في هذا الصدد، تلك المبادرات التي اضطلع بها مؤخرا رئيس رومانيا بشأن التصالح التاريخي فيما بين رومانيا وهنغاريا.

I believe I express the common view of all political forces of Romania by launching the appeal to found the relations between Romania and Hungary on the principles of law and cooperation established between European democratic States in the last five decades.
وأعتقد أني أعرب عن الرؤية المشتركة بين جميع القوى السياسية في رومانيا، حين أوجه الدعوى لارساء العلاقات بين رومانيا وهنغاريا على مبادئ القانون والتعاون التي نشأت بين الدول اﻷوروبية الديمقراطية في العقود الخمسة الماضية.

There is no doubt that this process will be hard, if not impossible, to be carried out without the support of the political forces in Romania and Hungary that think and act with their eyes riveted towards the future and not towards the past, redoubled by the building of true communicating vessels between the civil societies in Romania and Hungary.
وليس ثمة شك في أن هذه العملية ستكون صعبة التحقيق، إن لم تكن مستحيلة، من دون دعم القوى السياسية في رومانيا وهنغاريا، والتي تعمل واضعة نصب أعينها المستقبل وليس من الماضي، والتي سيؤازرها انشاء قنوات اتصال حقيقية بين المجتمعات المدنية في كل من رومانيا وهنغاريا.

In this connection, Greenpeace has pointed out that between 1986 and 1988 over 6 million tons of hazardous waste were exported from the developed countries to the developing countries and the countries of Eastern Europe, in particular Romania and Hungary. Ibid.
وفي هذا الصدد لاحظت منظمة " غرين بيس " أن أكثر من ٦ ملايين طن من النفايات الخطرة صدرت بين عامي ٦٨٩١ و٨٨٩١ من البلدان المتقدمة إلى البلدان النامية وبلدان أوروبا الشرقية، ولا سيما إلى رومانيا وهنغاريا)٣٦(.

وفي هذا الصدد لاحظت منظمة " غرين بيس " أن أكثر من 6 ملايين طن من النفايات الخطرة صُدِّرت بين عامي 1986 و1988 إلى البلدان النامية وبلدان أوروبا الشرقية، ولا سيما إلى رومانيا وهنغاريا(4).

(أ) الاتفاق الموقع بين رومانيا وهنغاريا (نيسان/أبريل 2004)، المتعلق بإنفاذ أحكام الاتفاقية الرومانية الهنغارية بشأن مراقبة الحدود والسكك الحديدية؛

(k) Agreement between Romania and Hungary (December 2006) on enforcing the provisions of the Romanian-Hungarian convention regarding border and rail control traffic, Bucharest, April 2004;
(ك) الاتفاق المبرم بين رومانيا وهنغاريا (كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006)، المتعلق بإنفاذ أحكام الاتفاقية الرومانية - الهنغارية بشأن مراقبة الحدود وحركة المرور على السكك الحديدية، بوخارست (نيسان/أبريل 2004)؛

Setting out from these reasons, and taking into account the huge responsibility the leadership of Romania and Hungary have for the future of their peoples and the relations among them, I solemnly invite the Budapest democratic leadership to proceed together, as soon as possible, to the drafting and signing of a political document likely to consecrate the historical reconciliation between Romania and Hungary, in the European spirit of the day.
وانطلاقا من هذه اﻷسباب، وإذ أضع في الاعتبار المسؤولية الضخمة التي تتحملها قيادة كل من رومانيا وهنغاريا تجاه مستقبل شعوبها والعلاقات فيما بينها، أدعو رسميا القيادة الديمقراطية في بودابست كي نعمل سويا، في أقرب فرصة، على إعداد وتوقيع وثيقة سياسية من شأنها أن تكرس المصالحة التاريخية بين رومانيا وهنغاريا بروح العصر اﻷوروبية.

(b) Romania and Hungary will mutually support each other as they strive for integration into the European and Euro-Atlantic structures where they naturally belong; the historic reconciliation between them is a significant contribution to the security and stability of this geographic area and of Europe as a whole;
)ب( ستتبادل كل من رومانيا وهنغاريا الدعم في مسعاهما إلى الاندماج داخل اﻷطر اﻷوروبية واﻷوروبية اﻷطلسية حيث مكانهما الطبيعي؛ وتعتبر المصالحة التاريخية بينهما مساهمة لا يستهان بها في أمن واستقرار هذه المنطقة الجغرافية وفي أوروبا بوجه عام؛

An unwinding of " carry trade " (portfolio investors borrowing in low-yielding currencies and buying in high-yielding ones) has led in some of these countries already (e.g. Romania and Hungary) to a sharp depreciation of the real exchange rate.
فقد أدى إنهاء " عمليات المناقلة " (وهي عمليات يقوم فيها مستثمرو الحافظات بالاقتراض بعملات ذات سعر فائدة منخفض لشراء عملات ذات سعر فائدة مرتفع) فعلاً إلى انخفاض حاد في أسعار الصرف الحقيقية لدى بعض هذه البلدان (مثل رومانيا وهنغاريا).

(c) The relationships between Romania and Hungary will be fostered by the principles and norms of international law laid down in the Charter of the United Nations, the Helsinki Final act, the Charter of Paris for a New Europe and the other OSCE documents, the two countries observing each other's territorial integrity and declaring that they do not have, now or in the future, territorial claims towards each other;
