The present report is submitted in accordance with General Assembly resolution 65/217, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to bring the resolution to the attention of all Member States, to continue to collect their views and information on the implications and negative effects of unilateral coercive measures on their populations and to submit an analytical report thereon to the Assembly at its sixty-sixth session.
هذا التقرير مقدم وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة 65/217، الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع جميع الدول الأعضاء على هذا القرار وأن يواصل جمع ما لديها من آراء ومعلومات بشأن ما يترتب على التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد من تبعات وآثار سلبية على سكانها وأن يقدم تقريرا تحليليا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في دورتها السادسة والستين.

The present report is submitted in accordance with General Assembly resolution 67/170, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to bring the resolution to the attention of all Member States, to continue to collect their views and information on the implications and negative effects of unilateral coercive measures on their populations and to submit an analytical report thereon to the Assembly at its sixty-eighth session.
يقدم هذا التقرير وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة 67/170، الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع جميع الدول الأعضاء على هذا القرار وأن يواصل جمع ما لديها من آراء ومعلومات بشأن ما يترتب على التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد من تبعات وآثار سلبية في سكانها وأن يقدم تقريرا تحليليا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والستين.

16. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to bring the present resolution to the attention of all Member States, to continue to collect their views and information on the implications and negative effects of unilateral coercive measures on their populations and to submit an analytical report thereon to the General Assembly at its sixtyeighth session, while reiterating once again the need to highlight the practical and preventive measures in this respect;
16 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع جميع الدول الأعضاء على هذا القرار وأن يواصل جمع ما لديها من آراء ومعلومات بشأن ما يترتب على التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد من تبعات وآثار سلبية في سكانها وأن يقدم تقريرا تحليليا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والستين، في الوقت الذي تكرر فيه مرة أخرى تأكيد ضرورة تسليط الضوء على التدابير العملية والوقائية في هذا الصدد؛

14 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع جميع الدول الأعضاء على هذا القرار وأن يواصل جمع ما لديها من آراء ومعلومات عما يترتب على التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد من تبعات وآثار سلبية على سكانها وأن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخامسة والستين تقريرا تحليليا بهذا الشأن، مع تكرار التأكيد مرة أخرى على ضرورة تسليط الضوء على التدابير العملية والوقائية في هذا الصدد؛

60. In its resolution 6/7 of 28 September 2007, the Council requested the Secretary-General to bring that resolution to the attention of all Member States and to seek their views and information on the implications and negative effects of unilateral coercive measures on their populations, and to submit a report thereon to the Council as appropriate, in accordance with its annual programme of work.
60- طلب المجلس، في قراره 6/7 المؤرخ 28 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، من الأمين العام أن يوجه نظر جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى ذلك القرار وأن يلتمس آراءها ويطلب معلومات عما يترتب على التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد من آثار وعواقب سلبية على سكانها وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى المجلس حسب الاقتضاء، وفقاً لبرنامج عمله السنوي.
