The first report shall be submitted within two years of the entry into force of the Convention for the State Party concerned.

2. States Parties undertake to provide such reports within two years of the entry into force of the Convention for the State concerned, and thereafter every five years.

2. States Parties undertake to provide such reports within two years of the entry into force of the Convention for the State concerned, and thereafter every five years.
٢ - تتعهد الدول اﻷطراف بتقديم هذه التقارير في غضون سنتين من بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة للدولة المعنية ، ثم كل خمس سنوات بعد ذلك.

2. The first report shall be submitted to the subsidiary body within two years of the entry into force of the Convention for the State Party concerned.

2. In accordance with article 17 of the Covenant and Council resolution 1988/4, the States parties shall submit their initial reports within two years of the entry into force of the Covenant for the State party concerned and thereafter periodic reports at fiveyear intervals.
