The Republic of Haiti has always refrained from promulgating and applying laws and measures of the kind referred to in the preamble to that resolution, as required by the Charter of the United Nations and international law.
تدأب جمهورية هايتي على الامتناع عن سن وتطبيق أي قوانين وتدابير من النوع المشار إليه في ديباجة ذلك القرار، على نحو ما يقتضيه ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي.

3. In addition, they reiterated their call on all States to refrain from promulgating and applying measures of this kind, such as the well-known Helms-Burton Act, and to take the necessary steps to repeal or invalidate them as soon as possible.
٣ - كما أنها كررت تأكيد دعوتها إلى جميع الدول أن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير من هذا النوع، مثل قانون " هيلمز - بيرتون " المعروف، وأن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة ﻹلغائها أو إبطالها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

1. In its resolution 47/19, the General Assembly called upon all States to refrain from promulgating and applying laws and measures whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States, and urged States that have such laws or measures to take the necessary steps to repeal or invalidate them.
1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 47/19 إلى جميع الدول الامتناع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية لتلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى، وحثت الدول التي لديها قوانين أو تدابير من هذا القبيل على اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لإبطالها أو إلغائها.

The General Assembly, in adopting resolution 48/16 last year, reiterated its appeal to all States that they refrain from promulgating and applying laws and measures whose extra-territorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States.
وقد كررت الجمعية العامة، باعتمادها القرار ٤٨/١٦ في العام الماضي، اﻹعراب عن دعوتها إلى جميع الدول بأن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها سيادة دول أخرى.

2. ٢ - تكرر تأكيد دعوتها إلى جميع الدول أن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير من النوع المشار إليه في ديباجة هذا القرار، وذلك عملا بالتزاماتها بمقتضى ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، اللذين يؤكدان، في جملة أمور، حرية التجارة والملاحة؛

2. Mexico supports the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly concerning the necessity of ending the illegal embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba and is refraining from promulgating and applying laws of the kind referred to in those resolutions.
٢ - وتؤيد المكسيك القرارات الصادرة عن الجمعية العامة بشأن ضرورة إنهاء الحصار غير المشروع الذي فرضته الولايات المتحدة اﻷمريكية على كوبا. كما أنها تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير من النوع المشار اليه في تلك القرارات.

2. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has firmly and repeatedly rejected the promulgation and application of laws and regulatory arrangements with extraterritorial effects, which amount to a disregard for the sovereignty of other States.
لقد ظلت جمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية ترفض بحزم ومرارا وتكرارا سن وتطبيق قوانين وترتيبات تنظيمية ذات آثار خارجة عن نطاق الولاية القضائية الوطنية، الأمر الذي يساوي تجاهل سيادة الدول الأخرى.

In line with this policy, Indonesia has opposed the promulgation and application of any laws and regulations that have extraterritorial effect or impinge upon the sovereignty of other States and the lawful interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction which is incompatible with generally accepted principles of international law.
وتمشيــا مع هذه السياسة، عارضت إندونيسيا سن وتطبيق أية قوانين أو أنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود الدولة التي سنتها، سيادة دول أخــرى والمصالــح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، وتكون غير متمشية مع مبادئ القانون الدولي المقبولة بصفة عامة.

5. Day by day, more voices are joining the call for the abolition of this policy and of the promulgation and application of laws and regulations with extraterritorial effects that affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
5 - ويوما بعد يوم، يزداد عدد الأصوات التي تنضم إلى الدعوة المطالبة بإلغاء هذه السياسة وإلغاء سن وتطبيق القوانين والأنظمة ذات الآثار التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية والتي تؤثر على سيادة الدول الأخرى وعلى المصالح المشروعة للكيانات أو الأشخاص الخاضعين لولايتها وحرية التجارة والملاحة فيها.

3. The promulgation and application of laws or regulations that have extraterritorial effect or that affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction -- a clear violation of the universally accepted principles of international law -- have been strongly rejected on various occasions by the overwhelming majority of States.
3 - كما رفضت أغلبية ساحقة من الدول بقوة في مناسبات عديدة سن وتطبيق قوانين أو أنظمة تتجاوز آثارها الحدود الإقليمية أو تمس سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها - حيث أن ذلك يمثل انتهاكا واضحا لمبادئ القانون الدولي المقبولة عالميا.

Having learned that, since the adoption of resolution 47/19, further measures of that nature aimed at strengthening and extending the economic, commercial and financial embargo against Cuba have been promulgated and applied, and concerned about the adverse effects of those measures on the Cuban population,

3. Saint Kitts and Nevis has not promulgated or applied any laws or measures restricting the freedom of trade and navigation that impinge on the sovereignty of other States or the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction.
تمتنع جمهورية هايتي عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها المتجاوزة للحدود الإقليمية بسيادة دول أخرى.
