With respect to projects, the Programme and Operations Policies and Procedures require that, in order to confirm that all necessary closing steps have been completed and all revenues and expenses have been fully recorded in Atlas, trust fund managers fill out the trust fund completion checklist and forward it to the Contributions Unit and the Office of Finance and Administration for authorization.
